WOW.

I really wanted to make an account called Pubic Accounted 4...but it doesn't make as much sense as it sounds funny... ... I'm not trying to help so technically my post is on A topic...just not this one.

It's a Joss Whedon TV show and as far as I'm concerned he's 3-3 on creating interesting, involving, funny and intelligent TV shows. That's why I give him "automatic internet love". The man has written/directed/created/produced more hours that entertained me than anyone else I've ever invested the time in.

Well...she did just get tombstoned again. That ought to buy her some more time.

I thought that was just a stylistic choice to seperate what is his opinion from stating the facts of the situation.

Wanderlei Silva. I spent so much time a couple years ago watching Pride DVDs and being one of probably the dozen people that would order the Pride ppvs that there are a small handful of guys that I'll just want to watch whenever they pop up. It's why I'd pay to watch Sakuraba fight still...and probably until the day he dies in the ring.

I've been spending more time thinking in terms of later rounds than the early rounds. For the first 4 or so picks I'm kind of just looking to see what falls to me. After a certain point though...it's going to be less about the biggest name I can get for me and more about finding the right fits for the kind of roster I want. In that vein...there are probably 4 or 5 people that I think I could have gotten away with selecting first there that may have been a better fit for what I'll end up looking for...but I couldn't turn down the intangible that I think Taker has that they didn't. I'm only 8 picks away though so there's a decent chance I'll get one of them.

I'm going to be ordering tonight. This'll be the first UFC I've watched in a while. I'm really just a Silva mark...so that's pretty much why I'll be watching. Looking forward to it though...I always forget how much I enjoy watching MMA until something pops up that makes me order.

That's kind of where I am on it. I don't have a problem waiting till it hits HBO or one of those channels.

I'm not really into seeing it to be honest. I turned down going last night to sit home and watch TV. I just don't feel good about this movie...and since I wasn't an over the top indy fan to begin with...nostalgia isn't going to take me anywhere.

Since HTQ missed his 12 hour window... I had a handful of people in mind for who could be available in this spot that I would think worthy of the top pick...and this was the only one of the bunch that I could buy as both a top face and a top heel. The other guys I considered here could really only play heel. It was important that I got someone that could offer both since I don't know what direction this draft will head for me. Also...I lilke this guy when he's not paired up with big stiffs (which unfortunately is most of the time) and I don't plan on drafting many big stiffs...so this should work out both in ring wise and star power wise. I take the Undertaker

I wish we had the old site still running so that Battlenuts could write a book review for us. And then someone who reads it could write one too. And then we could charge people to read it and just become part of the system.

now we'll see how they follow it. Perfect world: They have a Styles interview via sattelite from his home where he defiently announces that he'll be at Slammiversary to kick someones ass. What they usually do: He'll be in a match with someone next week.

I am so glad that AJ is finally out from the Angle alliance grouping. What's more I'm glad that they had him stand up for himself before the group destroyed him. That helps in avoiding what happened to Randy Orton with Evolution years ago. Where he was a face...just because his friends decided to beat him up. AJ stood up...and that's what he gets for it.

Slick Johnson needs to start dressing like a real ref. That storyline ended about a year and a half ago.

I hate to make this statement because I know it's just going to be later replied to by all the usual suspects going off the very basic topic I'm about to lay out: Here's a positive about TNA: Joe is the champion and they have Nash slowly burning in his corner, Booker T ready to get the top spot he believes he deserves and we all forsee Sting sitting in the pipeline down the road. AJ is finally moving on up to pair with Angle, both of whom are ready at any moment to main event with Joe. And Christian can cycle back up top at any time they want. Meanwhile, Roode is already staring down his first ppv main event, and at least one of Tomko, Rhino and Storm will be joining him. And Abyss is coming back. There's no shortage of guys at the top of the card right now. If they could just get the X division in order and push the Guns towards LAX they'd really have something. The Knockouts are still taking care of their own.

Booker as a heel is roughly a billion times better than the Booker who worries about his wife and smiles at the camera.

If he hadn't just pissed off management I'd have bet that he'd be in line for at least one ppv main event with Joe. But now he may be heading into the MachineGuns doghouse. He does have a 50/50 shot at making KOTM still... I wonder if what he does next depends on how long before they put Angle back in the ring. He can put Styles over until Angle is ready to go.

They had the right direction heading into Lockdown. Then they took last month off. This week needs more wrestling...but at least it's not giving me a headache. And there are some things that I'm really enjoying: The beautiful people. The slow Nash burn. That promo that AJ just cut as I was typing this. They're starting to do right by AJ. And that's a really good thing.

I kinda see the point...but it just seems like a no win thing to argue with. Something is either too indy (which since all there is in between WWE and indys is....TNA) means not- WWE enough. Or it's a WWE ripoff/castoff. So the problem with TNA is that they try to be WWE. And the other problem is that they're not WWE enough. ... For what it's worth...the only guys in TNA that my non-wrestling watching friends react to when forced to watch what I'm watching are Styles and Joe. Two guys that aren't at all WWE guys. Too bad their too indyish...
