More notes: The two times I saw it, there were different trailers. It was at the same theater and everything. Star Trek was on both, but that was it. I had been telling my friend he would like the Doomsday trailer (28 Days Later meets Thunderdome?), and then they didn't even show it. On viewing number two, I yelled out the old classic "That's GOTTA HURT!" during that moment of silence. You know the one I mean.

What's the deal with your stomach shrinking? If you diet and lose weight, and your stomach shrinks, then even if you go back to eating junk, wouldn't you naturally eat less of it? I don't know, I'm actually asking. By the way, I haven't actually gained as much weight as I thought. I panicked before realizing I stepped on the scale with my coat and boots on, with full pockets. Not much of a difference, but I'm a sensitive fuck. I freak out if I cross into a new multiple of ten. 201 to 209 is all fine, but 210 is a disgrace. (Although I'm now actually around 215). Strangely I look much healthier than I did the last time I was 215... around this time last year. I'm still eating sardines.

I like those Hawaiian chips. I can't remember the brand name, but Spicy Maui Onion is one of the flavors. I'm actually not even sure if they're kettle chips, but they're crunchy like they are.

You can get results now, though. Just fast, or become bulemic.

What if it's true?

Jesus Christ, I'm fat! It doesn't show as much because it's coming in evenly, but I've gained way more weight than I thought. Yep, pesco vegetarian for sure, and eating only what I need to survive. I can't be having this shit.

Seems like it would be true, but I have a moral objection to not killing things. I'll probably be primarily vegetarian, but I have to leave myself a safety valve. Maybe once I get used to it, I'll switch all the way. Some of my heroes are vegetarian. Like Alan Moore, and... Weird Al.

I saw it again and enjoyed it just as much. I picked up on a lot of the stuff I missed. This movie is really funnier than it has any right to be. Yeah, Hud is hilarious, but Marlena is actually pretty funny in her own way too. With all these hints and speculation and what not continuing even after the movie is out, I'm turning out to have more fun with this than I've had with a movie in years. I hope it becomes a long franchise. I also saw this: Cloverfield monster toy. No picture yet. At $99, this seems like a pretty serious item. Kinda steep, but as a collector and a fan of the movie, I'll probably spring for it. Sadly I won't be able to bring myself to take it out of the box.

You know, what with the holidays being recently, and my not working steady for a while, I have put on some weight. Not a lot, and I've shed some of it, but I should speed this up. I actually wanted to try going pesco-vegetarian myself a while back, but I was basically too broke to be picky. Now I'm in a better position, I should try again.

Yeah, I'm actually interested for the first time in a while too. Mostly for my boys NCFOM and TWBB. That's the thing about Javier Bardem. He could conceivably be recognized as a lead actor. I'd rather Daniel Day Lewis win that. Keep Bardem in the supporting category and it's a lock. I love both movies so much, I'm unsure of which I want to win best picture. I'd probably go with NCFOM, and have PT Anderson win for best director, as well as DDL for best actor. I've also got my fingers crossed that King of Kong gets best documentary. It so totally was.

Yeah, I'm in ok shape and getting better, and I eat a shitload of carbs. If you combine them with exercise, it seems to really produce results. I eat two or sometimes even three pasta meals a day.

Nope, Pulp Fiction and True Romance were the only movies they were both in.

I was quite heavy on the hyperbole there, I'll admit. I just really didn't like that movie.
