    Not Just Wrestlers Tied...

Now that you mention it, Danzig's getting a little paunchy too.

Look, I'm going to need someone to explain Tom Waits.

Me too. I'm just saying even if you don't like Tom Waits sober, you probably will drunk. If I'm drunk, I can sing just like him. It's popular at parties for me to do "Suddenly Seymour" from Little Shop of Horrors in my Tom Waits voice.
  3. Fair enough, as I said I'm not exactly proud of that shit. But if it makes you feel better, I remained friendly with the girl without fucking her afterwards. I won a Limp Bizkit poster at the fair at gave it to her, and later that night I was in a rumble. When two people rape each other simultaneously, you develop a bond.
  4. Hey, she raped me. And I wouldn't have really killed her. And that was years ago! Anyways: Milky Slayer VX if for no other reason than Czech doesn't want to win. Lushus - Sorry, not a sports fan, except for roller derby, strong man competitions and celebrity boxing.

    Brad Renfro died

I didn't like that either. The thing I liked about it was that the whole movie just felt dirty. From being semi-pornographic, to everyone looking like they have a perpetual sheen of sweat on them. You can practically feel the humidity. That actually happened not far from where I grew up, as a kid not unlike those in the movie, and that feeling really resonated.

    Cloverfield

I'm halfway reminded of Motaro from Mortal Kombat.

Pat Sajak's blog In addition to being deeper than I gave him credit for, he's also pretty fucking nuts. Yeah, imagine a world where you could shop and go to school online. (credit: cracked.com) Fun fact: In second grade I had my entire class convinced that Pat Sajak was my father.

Bully is one of my favorite movies. I liked the guy. This sucks but is not surprising.

    Princess Diana, you're a whore.

Find me some sexy pics/fake nudes of Princess Diana.

Yup. Like I've always said about Tom Waits, listen to it in the rain while swilling Old Crow, and you'll get it.

    Standup anyone?

I do occasional open mics, and would like to get more into it, although right now I have more pressing concerns. As soon as I have more free time, I'll be writing more material and looking to expand. I don't have any clips, and wouldn't show them if I did, but my material is mostly based around personal anecdotes and how I hate everything. A lot of it is stories I've told here. The one about me fucking the 13 year old is usually the closer, people seem to like that. My favorite comics/influences: Doug Stanhope, Louis CK, Jim Norton, David Cross.
  12. Well, it isn't in the same league as NCFOM, but ok, I'll try. First, know that I totally love the genre of movies it's spoofing. Goofy princess, dumbass prince, love story that makes zero sense, I eat it up every time. Enchanted is an amazing parody, as they hit every note of those kinds of movies, make fun of them all, while still basically telling the same story, and not seeming hokey at all. It's incredibly balanced. The acting was stellar. Amy Adams in particular was just great. She brings an integrity to her role that really makes you believe these guys are vying for her affection. I mean, pretty much anybody would fall in love with her, she's that cute. Susan Sarandon also does great as the wicked queen, and the CGI effects during their final battle are top notch. And that's basically why I love it... it succeeds brilliantly at what it's trying to do. Ok, it might not convert people who don't like those kind of movies in the first place, but if you do, it's pretty much perfect. There's not a missed step in the whole thing, save for some ill conceived shit and piss jokes (one each), but I can overlook that.

    There Will Be Blood

I've seen it twice now too. The first was in Berkeley (and if you know Berkeley, it's the liberal college town arm of San Francisco), so that crowd ate it up, and gave mad cheers for the "God is a superstition" part. The second was in a more normal suburb, and they seemed to like it a lot too, but less enthusiastically. It would also be interesting to see it in various different locations to judge the reactions.

    The Simpsons Question

This thread has inspired me to watch my Simpsons dvds, which reminded me of this classic: (Homer laying on the couch, after refusing to accompany his family to Flanders' BBQ) "Go ahead Marge; have a ball. What if they came back and I was dead from not eating. They'd cry their eyes out. 'We should have never gone to the Flanders! Oh why did we go to the Flanders' house and leave Homer all alone with no food!' And I'd be laughing. Laughing from my grave. Heh heh heh!"

    Boardloaf

Just drink it. Even if it goes bad, that'll only get you more fucked up. I mean, if it's going to taste gross anyway...

    Cloverfield

It's a bunch of different things at once, which is what I hoped they wouldn't do. I don't much like that design, but I'll give the movie a chance.
  17. Nice post, Mr. Citrus. I have a terrible phobia of spiders. If I saw one, and it got away before I could kill it, I would leave the house and set off foggers in every room, see a couple movies, then search high and low until I found the body. This probably came from an incident when I was young when I was going to drink from a hose and a spider crawled into my mouth. I'm a little better now, after some hypnotic suggestion.

    Harry Potter Movies

Let's look at some precursors: how much money did Kill Bill make? I know Grindhouse did pretty poorly. Good news about HBP coming out in November. That'll be a birthday present for me.
  19. Well, looks like Agent's got me. Good for him. I don't really enjoy being known for being a deviant weirdo (I'm really relatively normal in real life), but that's what people seem to enjoy, so that's the side of me I sometimes emphasize. However, I would like to point out that Spice World is not my favorite movie. I do love it, and the Spice Girls, wholeheartedly, but it's not even in my top ten. Agent should know this, we had a top ten movies discussion at the secret board once.

She's blonde in his and brunette in mine, that might help.

Sorry to bandwagon jump, but I want an Amy Winehouse avatar too. I've had Xtina for years, but she's settled down and become a mother now... Since Amy's my new obsession and I should be commemorating her with some new ink within a couple months, it's only fitting.
  23. It's weird, but I've found I never watch anything on tv but reality(ish) shows anymore. I used to hate them. It's not the strike either, cause it's been that way for a while. I still like regular shows, but I pretty much exclusively watch them on dvd. Celebrity Rehab is the best thing going. I've listened to Loveline through four different cohosts, so Dr. Drew is part of why I like it. I only wish it were A-list celebs.

    Fundamentalist Christian Chat Rooms

Yeah, it's not quite as funny to me, cause I've known people who would say shit like that. The ATHEIST FAMILY is funny, though. They're right, that's how the world would be if I were in charge.

    Albums Listened to Today

Hey, I listened to as well. Also: That last one, while not too well known, is so fucking good. I highly recommend it.
