Ok, I'm a huge drug addict. Now let's not comment when I say things about it anymore.
-
Liked Kid A a lot.
-
Yeah, this is is a very personal drug. I know Jingus is on good terms with DXM. It is insane buddy. If you ever call me I'll tell you all about it.
-
I could write several paragraphs about it. In short, it's like waking up and realizing your whole life is a dream. I wish Agent would come back. He'd dig this.
-
Breaking news: without knowing it was going to happen, I hit the fourth plateau on DXM. Oh my fucking god. I mean holy shit damn motherfuck cock snap. It was... something.
-
I've taken them recreationally, but it didn't help my weight.
-
After much ado, got Kid A. My first Radiohead album. I'm actually looking forward to it.

I don't think he's doing it specifically to meet us. At least I hope not. Travel is good and I recommend it to everyone though. He can just save money by sleeping on our couches and eating our food. I hope he does write a book about it.

It's more of a personal thing. I like that stuff, so it's easier for me to keep from overindulging on it if I just stay away completely. I'm sure it doesn't hurt... I mean, fast food has never been known as particularly nutritional. I could be ok eating it in moderation, sure, and maybe I will once I'm more fully adapted into my eating habits. A usual day could consist of like some cereal for breakfast (interestingly a lot of cereal has about the same nutritional content no matter what kind it is... frosted mini wheats and honey bunches of oats are pretty high calorie), turkey sandwich and some fruit for lunch. Dinner I can eat pasta, chicken, stir fry, shrimp, lots of stuff. If it doesn't quite fill me up, just add more vegetables. I've alway had a tendency to skip meals sometimes too, so there's that. It evens out in the end.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the excercise. 50 sit ups in the moring, 50 at night, in addition to whatever activity I encounter during the day, since my job involves walking around and lifting and so forth. I'll swim on the weekends. Seems to work.

I have no shame about my Spice Girls/Britney/Xtina fandom, but I guess some of the boy groups in the teen pop genre are a little iffy. Some nsync songs... "Pop", "Bye Bye Bye" are pretty good. I kind of liked the song "Butterfly", I forgot who that was by. I liked Buckcherry's first album. "Faget" by Korn.

That's the beauty of it, anything is ok, as long as it's within the allotted calorie range. That's probably where my metabolism comes in though, as I imagine most people would have to pay attention to good calories and bad calories and things like that, but it doesn't seem to make a difference to me. I have cut out mayo entirely and I'll usually skip cheese if it makes sense to do so. Absolutely no fast food, except once in a while I'll have a thin crust plain cheese pizza, and sub places are generally ok (though again, no mayo or cheese). My weekend meals are no holds barred, but still no fast food, and I only drink diet soda (I've gotten used to it anyway, regular soda is too sweet now).

I paid attention to absolutely none of the low this, low that, carb bullshit, and said I was going to eat 1400 calories a day or less. That's during the week, and I eat whatever I want on the weekends (except no fast food ever). Lost 35 pounds in two months. I have a spectacular metabolism though. I was so impressed with the results that I told my old man about it and he lost 70 pounds doing the same thing.

I had a question, but I thought I'd make the topic more general. I love these movies, and you can talk about any you like. If I haven't seen them, I'll watch them. Some of my favorites: River's Edge: My man Crispin Glover makes this one. It might be my favorite performance of his. Another example of Keanu Reeves being an actor I don't really like but still being in a lot of movies I do. His performance is good, because it's basically Ted Logan again (although this was a few years before that), except nihilistic and sad. Also has Dennis Hopper crazying it up. Bully: I like this one because it's set in Florida. Easy for me to relate to because I saw assholes like these every day. It's also really funny and somewhat erotic. Best thing Larry Clark ever did. I actually like all of his movies, but this is the only one I like as more than a train wreck and/or porn. Thirteen: Speaking of train wreck porn... Nah, this movie is ok, but I'll admit I like it kind of voyeuristically and not really as much for the Message. A lot of this one is pretty funny as well, but I think unintentionally unlike Bully. Anyway, my question is about the movie Elephant. I didn't see it, but why the hell is it called Elephant? I think I'll watch it pretty soon.

Sad, man. I love Arnie. On the other hand, I just tried to tell somebody about my dreeam about the old school pumas and got way sidetracked.

Anyone else miss the "good old days" of 2000?
Nighthawk replied to Jingus's topic in General Wrestling
Funny thing, I just noticed that I have barely any commercial wrestling releases but I have all the 2000 ppvs except Survivor Series (which I was at) and the December one, whatever that was called. I should pick them up. -
I've been meaning to listen to Magazine for a while.

More of a movie with David Arquette than a David Arquette movie. Best movie with Arquette: Ravenous. That's actually one for this thread, too. Fun movie.
