What is looking at it the right way, then? Throw out every preconceived notion about wrestling you have. I mean, you're not a fan, you're nothing. And then watch. It's funny, it's impressive, there's an action movie, there's chicks. It's all there. No man can watch wrestling with no baggage and not be entertained, it's like this wild side show. Now, they could go professional with it. When Vince McMahon dies, but until then, it's going to be this back alley spanish fly thing, I admit, but it's still tons of fun. It's like kabuki.

No, that was what ruined it. I meant actual pirates.

I miss when this wasn't common knowledge. Now that everybody knows it, it's not worth knowing anymore. Same thing with pirates. I used to be the only one who saw any value in pirates, and now everybody's like "Durr, PIRATES!" Fuck that. Molly's hair is great there, also.

No it doesn't, you just have to look at it the right way. Hanging around here, doesn't help. Nobody here looks at the right way except me and maybe Spoon.

I admire Kramer's wardrobe on Seinfeld. He wore a lot of shirts I would wear.

I could tell you some wild stories about things I've fetishised.

The Residents take on it is awesome.

I've met them a couple times too, they're almost too nice. I had them autograph my Eminem cd.

Modern day? Like Supes Vs. Mxyzptlk really happened a long time ago?

I don't get Clash like you guys do. I mean, they're ok...

I thought they legitimately were more likely to get it. Not confined, no. Is that not true?

I wouldn't want to hear that if I was her.

Cookie - Monster = Goodbye childhood memories...

Gays wouldn't like it if you implied that everyone who has AIDS is gay or vice versa. -
And in case anyone interprets that as an insult, it was supposed to be.

I was. I was an "Honorary Nigga" in high school, and could call them nigga if I wanted to. Today, I will use the word as a term of affection wihtout a second thought, or as a slur if I get in an argument. It's just a word, and it's power is failing.

Occasionally I want to say something about wrestling. The only place I feel comfortable doing that is General Wrestling (snide jokes in WWE don't count). I wouldn't do it if all wrestling was in one folder. We can't really have a good wrestling folder and a bad wrestling folder though. Ok, make a folder called wrestling, and then one called wrestling for losers. I'll go in there and say whatever I want. I have enough self confidence to make it work.

Everything. I can crack my neck likes they do in the movies, no hands.

I got Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space today. Besides being gay with the title, that's what I want.

I want to listen to long, droning, shoegazing, ambient albums. If you know any that you like a lot, recommend them to me.

I'd think it'd be easier to just not wear wrestling shirts rather than trying to pick which ones don't look like wrestling shirts.
-
That was really bad.

I'm pretty sure you'd enjoy early Sonic Youth. Noisy, atonal, harsh, droning and distorted. Sister marked the point where they really progressed towards actual songs with actual structures. That and the one after it, Daydream Nation, are good albums. I don't think you'd dislike either of them, at worst you'd appreciate them objectively, like Inc does Zappa. I haven't listened to anything later than that.

Earlier tonight I called someone, in very rapid succesion, Dictator Dick, Sultan Suck, Master Bater, Prince Piss, Baron Balls, Corporal Queer, Sergeant Shaft, Emperor Enema, Admiral Ass and Coach Crotch. The fast paced delivery and fact that I was yelling like an enraged drunk made it quite funny. You sort of had to be there.

The fact that we have the same career aspirations both frightens and suprises me. Don't be. It's like two six year old who both want to be astronauts, or two twelve year olds who want to be marine biologists.

Swordfishtrombones bandies around with Rain Dogs as most well liked Waits album. All the other ones Edwin mentioned are great as well, except Real Gone which I think is only pretty good by his standards and not the best place to start. Bone Machine, while fantastic, is also not a good introduction, in my opinion. Nighthawks at the Diner and the soundtrack One From the Heart are also excellent.
