By the way, I've quit taking the full dose at once. I'll do one bottle, then when the first plateau starts to wear off, another, then when the second plateau first starts, a third. Find I get the most out of it that way. Continuing that pattern through the fourth, by the way, is supposed to be how to reach the mythical fifth plateau.

Whoa whoa whoa. I can get it up. It just takes three times as long. One bottle of gelcaps equal one bottle of syrup, about, so divide from there. I ate a bottle of the caps and it took (no shit) five hours to kick in, but was a little stronger once it got there. My tolerance is high, I wouldn't expect a five hour delay for most people.
