Hey, I like Garbage too, that's not so common. I got into them because of a girlfriend. She also raved about Shirley being hot, and I said fuck that, I'm not kowtowing to some female's opinion about who's hot and who isn't. Then I heard this (Crystal Method?) remix of "I Think I'm Paranoid" and I saw potential. Then I actually listened to an album and they had a Korn attitude but the difference was I actually liked listening to them. They changed it around on the third album but by then I already liked them, so it was ok.

That's good. I'm dieting too.

This is a remake? The original is over rated but pretty good. No Driller Killer, but pretty good.

Not to mention the astronomical price tag. Not a very popular show here, it would seem. Well, I watched it. I'll admit I'm not overly excited by the show, but I like westerns enough to do it, and I am impressed with a lot of the acting. I didn't follow it very well tonight, I was distracted. I'll have to watch it again this week.

I've acquired a bottle of Iron City beer. It's an aluminum bottle. It's supposed to be pretty good, but I've only got the one... I'll have to save it for a barbecue or something.

I've finished it. Quite good. Deserves it's praise. Since it has been praised so thoroughly already, here's my complaints: I didn't like it as much when it got so cosmic, I found the human characterizations and struggles more interesting. Kid Miracleman was easily the best and my favorite character, I agree with what's been said about him. In fact I like him so much, I think he was underused and had lots of untapped potential in his character left over. Young Miracleman didn't seem to serve any purpose. I understand why he was there, but he seemed like a red herring to nothing, particularly with that stuff about Young Nastyman. It seemed like something was being implied, or built to, and then nothing. Still one of the finest comic stories I've read.

I've never felt so naked. Was this a haircut haircut or just some sort of trim? My own hair is pretty long these days, and I don't think I'm turning back. I've even started wearing sunglasses regularly. If I were really skinny I'd probably be the coolest and hottest guy around. I'm going on the liquor diet.

I've got Casino, Scarface, Goodfellas and an Italian Godfather poster on one wall. Dawn of the Dead and Evil Dead on another. A Japanese Seven Samurai on another. And two giant Bob Marley posters on the other. I'm thinking of switching those to something else. I wanted a giant Jim Morrison poster, but I want one that's just a picture and doesn't say anything. I can't find one. Both Marley posters have no words. I prefer it that way. I also want a Robocop poster but I can't find one in 27 x 40.

Rolling Rock is very refreshing but barely tastes like beer at all. It's a good beer to introduce someone to beer on. Tastes more like a slightly alcoholic Sprite.

Me too, except I ended up trading in the ones I didn't listen to. I also listen to those two, as well as Revolver and for some reason Magical Mystery Tour.

What I got today: Also some albums (there being a thread for that already I won't post pictures) and a pizza. That Rolling Rock is another beer I had recommended. Seems pretty gimmicky, but I'll try it when my pizza gets here.
