This is going from funny to odd to frightening.

Good name, though.

Short lived TV shows no one seems to remember
Nighthawk replied to King Kamala's topic in Television & Film
Thanks, the wacky pilgrim sitcom starring Tim Dutton, Cloris Leachman and some other people. Much smarter than it sounds. True Colors, a sitcom about a black guy with a son who marries a white woman with a daughter. I don't really remember watching it, but I must have cause I have a couple episodes on tape and they're really funny. Wish I could see a few more. -
I haven't gotten any picture yet. If he follows through, you'll be the first to know.

I throw my hat into the congratulation ring.

I've posted here on drugs, started a thread about it, in fact. I'm on drugs literally every single time I post here. You're still coherant though.

I hate the movie Hurricane because it presents itself as a true story but is so far from the truth. It shouldn't matter that much, but it's ruined for me, I can't forget it. Another movie insulting to black folksL the one where Chris Rock becomes the president, I can't even remember the name of that one. I like Undercover Brother though... I think it was more of a spoof of what we're talking about, not continuing it. Director Malcolm Lee talked about it on the commentary, he was aware of what he was trying to do.

I love the twisty corridor. It makes me feel like James Bond.

Enter the Dragon and Glengarry Glen Ross get plenty of acclaim from where I sit. Let's see, a movie I think is underrated... Bound. It has some weirdly out of place lesbian sex scenes, but other than that, great.

I'm giving you til the count of 3 to show your stuff or let it be.

Actually we've seen five. But that's still a pretty poor ratio.

If I was a pedophile, the daughter of a Hell's Angel would not top my list of potential victims.

*physically restraining self from making lewd comment about $4.99 for tossed salad*

I agree. I'd buy the soundtrack if that was on it.

If the only reason you want one is to buy stuff online, ask your parents to use theirs.

Upon investigation, Devo did not cover Pop Muzik, and I in fact spelled the name of the song wrong, but damn if it doesn't sound like them. So for fun I made something up to act like I knew it all along. My previous post was in code, and here's the key: You Lie is a song by Reba McEntire, a country singer. Country music is American. So is thanksgiving. Pilgrims were there. The wacky Pilgrim sitcom was called Thanks. The band !!! shares members with Out Hud, or OUTHUD. OUTHUD also contains ex members of The Yah Mos. Mos... Def. Def... Leppard. Leopards have spots. What else has spots? Cows. Cows give milk. Milk is white. So are light bulbs. Light bulbs are incandescent. Devo did cover "Head Like a Hole" and "Satisfaction", a song by the Rolling Stones. Rolling is a song by Limp Bizkit, and slang for being under the influence of ecstasy, commonly referred to as XTC. XTC had a song called "Dear God." So what I was really saying was 'Thanks Incandenza. I had a head like a hole because I was rolling and stoned. Dear God, I'm limp!'

That song was by M, not Devo. You lie!!! Devo must have covered it then.

You have to pay before. At least in some states, I would guess it's divided by state, I don't know any other way.

Happy birthday. Keep it hardcore.

That really is a pretty great comeback.

Efforts required for these boards? I thought you just got on these things, posted some stuff and left. No effort isn't required. I wasn't in Munich, as you have probably guessed, I was hoping to juxtapose the untruthfulness of that statement with the statement that no one puts effort into message boards, thereby drawing the conclusion that effort is, in fact, unnecessary. The implication being that long winded goodbyes are unnecessary effort. I chose Munich specifically so that I would have a follow up. If anyone had commented on that particular city, I would have said "New York, London, Paris, Munich... everybody was talking about pop music." in reference to the Devo song, "Pop Music". I like to make quirky references like that. And now you've seen the anatomy of an IDRM post from the inside out.

Nobody puts effort into internet message boards anymore. I've been in Munich recording my next album for the past month, but I still found the time to post every day.

Actually, I think he was only refered to as Fred in NOES, except for one line where he says "Come to Freddy." I'm not 100% on that though.
