They didn't have KK when I lived in the valley... I don't remember when they got them, but I moved away when I was like 15 or so. I should thank god they didn't too, because I would absolutely have been a total fatass. I mean, I was fairly fat, but add in X factors like KK and it would have been no coming back. I'd have looked like my brother, who outweighs me by over 100 pounds.

I wish I could eat one donut and just walk away. Krispy Kreme is sort of like soda for me. Stayed away long enough that now it's just too much.

Wolfmother, another band I know nothing about.

It wouldn't be hard to do. Punch them in the throat and you'd crush the wind pipe and they'd die. Well, I meant just blunt force trauma to the head, but that'd work too.

lol, the gym, you guys are gay.

Hm... I heard his name as Sol.

It's kinda messed up that it took me this long to get into, but I am really, really, really getting into Rifftrax. I mean, MST3K is my favorite show ever, and the spirit is totally intact. It's like finding my old, dear friend who I thought was dead to be still alive. And now it's on movies that are actually good, in fact, movies I also love (sometimes), or at least modern ones. So it's like watching my friend die, and then be rebuilt bionically by science. What I can't wait for is the Rifftrax for Dark Knight.

Man, remember when we had that thread about gas stations and liquor stores and I talked up the one right across from where I work? Now they have 24oz Miller Lite for 99 cents. That's soda prices! The one drawback is a 50 cent charge for paying with plastic. I actually just carry cash specifically for that place now, as I go there every day.

Yeah, everybody hates Juno. Except people who've never been exposed to that type of person. People who are that type of person hate it because it holds a mirror up to how annoying they are. I came around on it, once I realized that I am no better than her. I like it now. But this is the Pineapple Express thread! What a great movie. I think I wanna see it again. I mean, it had a Huey Lewis and the News theme song, for chrissakes.

I could fight off an infinite amount of children. I can handle the maximum number able to attack me at once, and sustain this for an infinite amount of time. I also posses Berzerker Rage.

M.I.A. should be pleased to know I've stolen her albums, then.

That's all there is to it... Other than that, it's just a guy in a suit. Looks like Psycho Mantis.

Edited I guess, as it was the first one I heard, although I do have a fondness for epic songs. They both have charm.

Comments which don't warrant a thread.

Also, I think that CWDWAT/CTDWAT may be my most lasting contribution to the internet. They may outlive me. -
It's obviously fucking "Godzilla".

"Straight to Hell" is one of my favorite Clash songs too. In fact, that's the only bad thing I have to say about Pineapple Express... "Paper Planes" wasn't actually in it.

In times like this, I play the gay card, cause that's a smaller and more oppressed minority than any race. -
I genuinely believe I could kill a man with one punch. But it'd have to be a sucker punch.

See, I never experienced anything like that, I don't even think I'd heard that song until the Pineapple Express trailer, although I knew who she was and had heard "Sunshowers", maybe something else. But yeah, I like her. She has essentially the same vocal cadence as Lady Sovereign, who I also love, but Lady Sovereign is basically a female Ali G, whereas M.I.A. is... a false model of artistic integrity.

Yeah, I see where you guys are coming from on Halloween. Still, even in the first one, you can sort of glean that he killed his sister as a kid because of some sexual trauma, and being locked up all the time would make anybody crazy. I also use Patrick Bateman as the example of pure evil. Even say, Leatherface was raised that way and never had a chance.

I love Bad Boys 2 also, but my my favorite/most over the top action movie is still Shoot Em Up, and if that's slightly too tongue in cheek to count (like True Lies is definitely too tongue in cheek to count), then I stick with Last Boyscout.

Michael Myers has a very clear motivation. All that junk with his sister, plus being institutionalized all those years, and going back to his home when he escaped, it's a very straightforward thing. I don't know where you get the idea he wasn't logical or motivated, unless you've been listening to Malcolm McDowell in the Rob Zombie version.

It's also totally untrue.

Badass movie, even as an antistoner. Good mix of action, there were some really good fights in it.
