As far as picking individuals from a group, it's obv Lemmy from Motorhead, but I really can't pick a favorite from GnR and the Crue. I love them all. It's actually a trick I use to pick up chicks: find out which member of Motley Crue to act like (it's never Mick Mars). Pretty much every girl will fall for one of them.

I really can't convey how much of a Stooges fan I am. I love them. They're one of three things I have loved for my entire life (the other two are Spider-man and Godzilla). I can tell you all kind of trivia about their personal lives, I can quote entire shorts, I'm hardcore. Fun facts: My favorite stooge is Larry. I've met one other person in my life who's agreed. I enjoy the Shemp and Curly eras equally. My favorite short is Uncivil Warriors. I've considered a Three Stooges tattoo (still might get it). It would actually be a leg sleeve consisting of the Stooges, Spider-man and Godzilla.

I go to every Will Ferrell movie (except, you know, Bewitched and Kicking and Screaming) and I like them. It's not in the realm of music and porn that I like schlock and trash. No, he's not a comedy genius or anything, but sometimes it's good to laugh at stupid shit. However, I do find most of the people who like him to be stupid. And he is best in supporting roles.

An everyday thing? Really? I mean, I know it happens... I've actually known a few people who caught a bullet that came through a wall, but nobody that died. And I was thinking about that because I saw it on the news this morning. The news, you know, so it's noteworthy... and I mean, this is Oak Town, we're no sloaches out here! Probably my worst first hand story was that a friend of mine was killed in a drive by because they thought he was somebody else. I mean, getting killed because Mexicans all look alike is pretty bad... My time in the backwoods South was bad too, but in a different way. Just lots of drugs and sex with underage kids. But in any case, I have stories about the ghetto I won't tell either because nobody would believe them, but I bow to your ghetto life, FroGGster.

Suicide. I really would genuinely like to be able to decide my own death. Whenever I want to die, that's when I'm ready to go. I think I'll make a rational decision about this. Having gone through various crippling depressions, drug addictions, delusions, being a self harmer and various other things, I've never even slightly considered offing myself. So I think I wouldn't be too rash about the decision.

PS: I've lived in south central LA, but as I currently live in the proximity of Oakland, I'm really kind of taken aback with how bad it is. Every Little Star is even better, but I find it hard to seperate the songs from their images in the movie. Same thing with In Dreams, the Roy Orbison song from Blue Velvet. One of my favorite songs ever, but more than partially, I must admit, because it reminds me of the incredible scene in the film it accompanies. David Lynch uses pop music to better effect than any other director I can think of. I agree that songs are often enhanced by their use in movies. Nowhere was this more true for me than in American Psycho. It got me to love songs I didn't particularly care for, such as "Walking On Sunshine", and in the case of "Sussudio" and "Hip To Be Square", two songs I loved already, it's really a thing of beauty.

Weird... I hadn't seen Mulholland Drive in a couple years, and I forgot that the song "Sixteen Reasons (Why I Love You)" was in it. In the interim, I grew to really love that song, and then when I watched the movie again, I was like "Hey, that's my song!" It is an awesome song.
