It's very important to note that Will Ferrell is a guest star in the first episode and his character seems to be based directly on mid-80s Ric Flair, hair and aviator sunglasses included.

Tonight's episode is like Die Hard meets Metal Gear Solid. So damn awesome.

Picture 9: Ricky Ortiz IS Mick Foley in "A Tale of Blood & Sweatsocks!" If I can slam Andre and give him the Big O with my Ricky Ortiz CAW, then I will go out of my way to buy this and do it every day. EDIT-Better yet, WrestleMania V: The Meg-O Powers Explode!!! Serious question: How are they gonna handle WM IV and V since Savage is in the main events?

If you're watching E and The Soup isn't on, you're doing it wrong.

In all seriousness, I noticed he picked up his gum before he left. If I'm on drugs on a talk show, I don't think I'd clean up after myself. Perhaps that's his tell.

Leno has far surpassed even Carson at this point. The fact that he wanted Letterman to take over his "spot" shows how out of touch his humor was at the end. Letterman is garbage. I can't wait until Conan takes over and completely loses his edge so that I can see Leno's new show. I'm glad they didn't get someone with a comedic background to replace Conan.

I hardly ever play RPGs, let alone replay them, but there's so much to see and do in Earthbound, especially with easter eggs. Mother 3 followed the tradition, but I've yet to have time to beat it. -
Just think, in twenty years, someone on some board somewhere will be complaining that they overdubbed Saliva or something.

Josh Matthews and Matt Striker would potentially be the best commentary team ever, my bias for their names aside -

GLOW 2K. I imagine that the situation would be like when they brought ECW back. It would have retained the format for about a week and a half before they'd panic and run special appearances by main eventers of the era like The Rock and Austin. -

I do recall there being talk about that but I believe that Sable was slotted to be the focal point. I could be wrong though. I almost added Sable to the equation but I couldn't recall the timeline of her release. So I think you're right. -
God I'll be embarrassed if I remember this right but wasn't it Scott Keith's roommate with the sign?

http://ds.ign.com/dor/objects/14273466/hen...ler_021009.html It's a platformer (starring someone who looks like he's in the Super Adventure Club) on the top screen and a puzzle game on the bottom that combine and allow you to control a giant robot. Game of the fucking millennium. -

The same thing happened to me with Metal Gear Solid 1 & 2. As for the topic, I have to say, when the original Wario Ware came out, the concept was so strange that I never thought it would be such a successfully addictive multiplayer series. -
The first WWE DVD I want to go out of my way to buy since the last Flair one and I can't find it anywhere.

Wasn't the original idea in 1999 to make SmackDown an all Divas show headlined by Chyna? -
So is Flair in SvR 2009 and thus unnecessary for the roster or will a classic Nature Boy be in it?

Holy shit, looking for this tomorrow. I'm intrigued by your list because I think I've heard of one of those beers. Do you have Blue Moon or Fat Tire down there?
