Family Guy's about the last show that lends itself to terms like "canon" and "character development" so I wouldn't worry about continuity or anything. The Gang from It's Always Sunny started out as kinda stupid/misunderstood and have evolved into the worst people alive. Plus I don't think Charlie's illiteracy was played up until season two.

Haha, Sinclair is like front and center on my poster, and I'm a huge Lovitz mark, and Streetcar is one of my favorite episodes, and I just always forgot when it came time. I'm most surprised that none of The Beatles were drafted. Eh, it's been done.

I'm really kicking myself over not drafting any of the short-lived "Itchy & Scratchy and Friends Hour" characters.

I probably should have drafted David Byrne since Talking Heads is one of my favorite bands. I've got the Simpsons cast poster on my wall and was using it constantly. At a glance, the characters I was surprised to see go unpicked were Blinky, the nerds from Homer Goes to College, George Harrison and Ringo Starr and Paul McCartney from The Beatles, and Lance Murdock. And I remember some debate over Snowball II earlier but no one seemed to get any of them/her. And Ku Klux Klam.

Shit I forgot to draft Dr. Colossus. But in my defense, he has to stay away from Doom Mountain, and that's where all his stuff is!

They showed the Curb with Scorsese on HBO Comedy earlier last evening. Does the guy have an acting contract with them? Maybe Marty can finally land a pilot next year. Anyways, despite my hatred for the first part of the season, I thought it recovered nicely. Tonight's episode had some laughs, but man is it ever boring to revert suddenly back to the status quo. It would have been a hell of a cliffhanger if my cable had gone out at 9:25, I guess. One thing that grates on my nerves...from what we saw from Vince on Smoke Jumpers (when he was allowed to speak), I thought his acting was awful (which is hard to tell how that factors into the story because it's unclear whether Grenier was trying to act well or act badly...oi), but luckily Dana Gordon, her boss, Gus Van Sant, and Martin Scorsese were all there to remind us that Vince is the Jesus Christ of acting. I thought we'd get a bit more from that story line since Ari himself seemed to doubt Vince in earlier episodes. Oh, well, at least Ari had some great moments. Oh, last week Gary Cole walked into the office with Ari and never spoke. That's the first and last we see of his character after Ari threatened the civil war at the luncheon two weeks ago. Boy, I sure do wish we knew what the fuck happened to that!

The whole angle makes a lot of sense, which also disqualifies the the TNA comparison. Edge disappears after Vickie brings the Undertaker back to grant her revenge on Edge. Undertaker continues to terrorize Vickie, who is powerless to stop him despite getting help from the Big Show (and....Chavo), so Edge bides his time, presumably manipulates Vickie when she is at her weakest, and he sneaks in and wins the title. This might even be the start of a build for WrestleMania for Edge/Jeff (if you're into that). That might even be a TLC match if they want to sacrifice Money in the Bank. Sorry for the elitist fantasy booking.

Aliens is a movie I watch maybe once a year...and each time was just as intense as the previous time. I was out with a girl around a year ago and we were checking out a shopping center that had opened around here. I picked up a few used DVDs at the Moviestop, including Alien. We got home and opened them up to find that there was an Aliens disc in the Alien case. She told me how I should take it back, how that was the right thing to do. After all, she pointed out, I bought Alien so I wanted Alien. I was torn, though. Aliens is so badass. My friends convinced me to keep it, and Aliens and I have been happy ever since.

New episode is finally up for me. EDIT-This is a pretty sucky episode. They're supposed to talk about the significant moments of wrestling history, and so far they've shown a self indulgent Vince promo and Vampiro/Berlyn with Oklahoma on commentay. Seriously.
