All of my friends were together for Christmas, and one of them wanted to check out the first season while we were both in town. We ended up watching it at a friend of ours, and surprisingly, a diverse amount of people really enjoyed it, including, but not limited to, a big lurch of a former high school football player/Mississippi State frat guy and a really stupid reggae/pop music pothead tool. He owned the TV, or else I would have never showed it to him.

I've been to the movies twice in a row this week and had to endure the Benchwarmers trailer both times. I'm too scared to ever go back to the movies again. Just awful. Even worse, the second night I saw a preview for Date Movie and had to see Jon Heder playing Napoleon Dynamite twice. What a joke.

You make a good point about not listing the winners, but still, people may be reading a review solely for winners/losers. As a writer, you do not want to turn people away from your work like that. And now, thanks to Bob, I'm trying to read your posts like they rhyme.

Man, all I know about WWE this week is that Tim White killed himself, so I was hoping The Spirit Sqaud would be a Ghostbusters-style stable of paranormal investigators that moonlight as wrestlers.

Some of these things are really stretching to be historical or even historic, but I actually used to give thought to things like this. If something comes to me, I'll try to post it.

I do. In my younger days, my mom would tape Tiny Toons for me while I was at school. So I've got like ten VHS tapes full of Tiny Toons and other random stuff ranging from Disney Channel free preview days to classic Nickelodeon stuff.

And stuff like Mace crushing Grievous's lungs are bad as hell. I can't wait for volume two.

I rarely yell at the TV like a crotchety old man, but my bitterness at having to watch SNL combined with Horatio just led me down that road last night. Honestly, he's been rehearsing that ALL WEEK. What, did he just get the joke? Whatta hack.

I like you, The Czech Republic. I also like having TV shows on DVD. To the point that it cuts down my TV viewing. But I still watch Arrested Development whenever Fox decides that it's time to show a few episodes.

Defense and special teams. Good game, bad ending. Oh, well. I'd rather lose an undefeated season in a tough game in OT than get blown out of the water.
