This appears to be a monthly thing now I guess...

Well, it was one of the first big cruiser matches I'd ever seen. -

Rey Mysterio vs. Psychosis is a near-perfect match. I have no business dealing out stars, but I'd give it somewhere between **** and ***** stars. One of the greatest openers of all time (right next to Bret/Owen) and one of the bet cruiser matches I've ever seen. I have the BATB '96 tape, and I watch this match nearly every month. -
I really can't wrap my head around this one. i rilly cant rap my hed rond dis 1

How trustworthy are these? I don't know if I see them using the same angle with the same people again. And Paul London winning a title just screams "fake".

I wanted to check it out, but a friend of mine took me out to lunch for my birthday. None of the free comics really interested me this year, though.

And they copied that finish verbatum two years later. Just replace Kevin Nash with Scott Hall and The Giant with Kevin Nash. That still just irks me. It did when I saw the show live and it still does when I think about it. Fuckin' WCW...

-At the end of one of his treatments (I'm not going to read them again, so I don't know if it's the one you linked to), Mary Jane goes to the bathroom and gives birth to an eggsack. Fuck James Cameron.

BANK: Where? Found him in a gay robot bar? Soulie grunts and growls again. BANK: Oh, a junk pile. Brilliant. Unless I missed it before, you have to make "Bank misunderstanding Soulie" a running gag.

I don't see Van Helsing anywhere, so I disagree.

It would be an interesting twist if that rogueish Kotzo swerved our heroes, but this is your story. Don't feel like you have to take my suggestions. It's plenty fine already.

Maybe you could provide us with some reasons why.

This won't fail miserably or end in a disappointment, I'm sure.

Whenever I try to click any of the old pictures, the window closes. I was able to find them at Batman-On-Film, though. Wow. Oldman is Gordon.

Well, Doc Ock is dead and I doubt anyone on that train recognized Peter Parker. J. Jonah Jameson has been my favorite part of both movies. A guilty pleasure, yes. J.K. Simmons is the man.

My only problem is, if Benoit loses at Vengeance, he loses the title on my birthday. That makes me sad =( .

First off, the theater I went to was absolutely sold out, so much so that they couldn't print a ticket for me (I had bought one Tuesday and got some card with Spidey on it...I didn't get to keep it). So after the manager escorted me in, we found the trailers for a seven o'clock film starting at 6:50. I was so happy. Then I saw the trailers for... Snakes! The Search for the Magic Flower! Catwoman (booo) Collateral (Yay) Christmas with the Kranks (Whatever) Blade III (HHH doesn't get top-billing, but I'll probably see it anyway) Seriously, this is the biggest movie of the summer. Where are the good trailers? Ah, well. Doesn't matter. Mostly everything has been covered The opening credits were some of the best I've ever seen. Alex Ross has a midas touch. MUCH better than the original's wire-frame web drawings. The scenes with Peter Parker (on his MOPED~! MARKOUT~!) delivering pizza just prove that everyone working on this movie understands how Peter Parker works. "He just stole that dude's pizzas!" Was that you, Ashy Larry? It was! It was you, Ashy Larry! Dr. Connors has one arm. And Peter has three friends in the entire world. MJ, Hard-Drinkin' Harry, and Aunt May throw him a party which throws us into the movie. The whole thing is a blur from here on, but it was simply amazing. For me, a fan of both Spider-Man and Sam Raimi, everything was perfect. I can barely focus enough to write all of this. Sorry for the rambling. I'll be seeing it again next week. 9/10

1. "Fahrenheit 9/11" $21.8m / $21.8m 2. "White Chicks" $19.6m / $27.1m 3. "Dodgeball" $18.5m / $67.2m 4. "The Terminal" $13.9m / $41.8m 5. "The Notebook" $13.0m / $13.0m 6. "Harry Potter & Prison..." $11.4m / $211.7m 7. "Shrek 2" $10.5m / $397.1m 8. "Garfield" $7.0m / $55.8m 9. "Two Brothers" $6.2m / $6.2m 10. "The Stepford Wives" $5.2m / $49.0m If Michael Moore wanted to leave an impression, he damn well did this weekend. Political doco "Fahrenheit 9/11" opened onto about one-third the screens of this week's other releases, and only about a quarter of the screens your average major blockbuster like "Troy" or "The Day After Tomorrow" commands, and yet it still managed to break a bevy of records. With a whopping $25,115 per screen average, the film managed to not only take the top spot both this weekend and as the highest opening ever for a documentary feature, but outgrossed the entire takings of Moore's previous effort - the acclaimed "Bowling for Columbine" - in just three days. Its opening would do any filmmaker proud and naturally everyone involved is ecstatic about just how it beat all expectation. This week also saw three new wide releases with both comedy "White Chicks" and romancer "The Notebook" doing better than expected and taking in solid openings. Kiddie Guy Pearce film "Two Brothers" however bombed on impact. Next week, a webslinger aims to challenge his own record for the biggest opening of all time. Credit: Dark Horizons Say what you will about Michael Moore (I'll refrain since I didn't see the movie), but at least White Chicks wasn't number one.

the Transfers on the box set are the same ones from the single movie discs already out, all of which had pretty good quality so i wouldn't worry about that. Oh, good. I have part 3 and part 4, and I loved the transfers. The thought about money did go over my head, but I am a little suprised they were kind enough to revisit it and put this much effort into it. This is Paramount, one of the worst studios for DVDs.

This is 1/4 of my birthday present. SP, the Gray Ghost episode is one of my favorite episodes of any television program. I was so glad to see him return in last month's issue of Batman Adventures.

He was supposedly difficult during the production of the Halloween II DVD. Maybe Paramount heard this and decided not to even attempt to deal with him. I'm a little worried about having two movies per disc. This could dip the quality on some of the discs. I'm glad Part VI is going to have a commentary, since it's one of my favorites. I'm really surprised this is coming out, though, since Paramount HATES the series.

What the hell is a Grunge Match?

Imagine that big yellow thing without the glasses.

It's time for you, the POSTERS, to decide!

You know, when it comes down to a "There are so many stupid people here, so make a list of who you want banned and we'll randomly ban someone" spiel, maybe it's time to just BAN ALL THE STUPID PEOPLE. Please. -
Is this the first Land of the Lost DVD release? Because I saw some kind of box set out at Sam Goody yesterday.
