Hero said in the TPI Q&A that he worked Danielson in singles matches overseas, but they played up the campiness for the large majority of kids in the audience, and therefore was nothing like it'd be in the States. -
Every time I've tried to open up Yahoo since last night, it's come up saying "Ypager has caused an error in <unknown>." Does anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

Ralph's post-interview line during the Mashed Potatoes game ("You can really tell a girl's merit by shoving her face in mashed potatoes and making her deep-throat a sausage.") HAS to be a classic line in history, period. -

First Eight for TPI Announced

That's the first time I've ever heard anyone call Delirious "boring". Even if you don't dig his work, you can't deny that he's one of the most energetic guys on the indies as a face. By the way, Corino 1000, could you please give me an example of Delirious "being carried"? I really am not seeing what you're seeing. -
Yeah, Walters is a sub-par Matt Stryker (without any of the presence), and the other three are good-to-great wrestlers.

First Eight for TPI Announced

You mean that arm thing? I don't know how far your viewing of IWA is, but Delirious has added more to the "run around and continuously hook your arm" spot, including about eight different types of cradles to go into. He also has added a bunch of different weird limb submissions to his reperotire (sp) lately. And, after the beginning of this year, I haven't had to see anyone once visibly carry him through anything, let alone entire matches. Heck, I think he's the glue that holds his series of matches with Matt Sydal together, and Sydal's not too shabby. -
Some notes via a Larry Goodman IM: - Dave Prazak debuted as occasional color commentator for two matches. - Nate Webb debuted, defeating Tony Diamond, and got over huge as a face with the Teenage Dirtbag entrance. - Tony Mamaluke is now Anthony Lagotto, dropping the gimmick and, according to LG, cutting the best live promo in Wildside history, where he alluded to managing a new team, the Thomasellis. - David Young, Iceberg, Tank, and Rick Michaels beat Al Getz Enterprises - MsChif wasn't there due to family problems. - Angeldust retained the NWA World Jr. Title over Angeldust and Jimmy Rave - Jason Cross won a four-way against Ray Gordy, Jeremy V., and Caprice Coleman - Sydal, Delirious, and Brandon P. beat Three Guys Who Totally Rule, but since Sal took the fall, the Jr. Title did not change hands like the stips suggested. - Onyx NC Adam Jacobs, after an NWA Elite run-in. - Slim J made Todd Sexton submit in what he said was an awesome War Games. Masada got his back ripped up with barbed wire and threw FLAMING CHOPS (as in, his hand was on fire...and not just one, like Rollin Hard at KOTDM 2003). Azrael took an insane bump off of the top of the cage through a table. - Crowd was big and hot for everything, and the show went around four hours. Said to be a great show.

You can now read my super-late KOTDM live report and thoughts at the Paradise City Ninjas' website, man.

He returned to challenge Onyx for the Wildside Title at the last TV taping. Oh, and one of the surprises for the show might have been leaked in Nate Webb's LiveJournal.
