Actually, I think he means that because of the over-coverage magnifying everything to such extreme means, the worse Iraq looks, the better it is for Kerry. You are taking the point to an extreme it's not meant to be taken to.

It refuses to load, oddly enough. What are they about? Iraq and their terror involvment? What Clinton did wrong? I have to say that's a really neat banner if ya like Clinton, though. All three of the banners look really neat. And, uh, I guess that's all the content I can bring without actually watching the film.
  4. When a guide gets you lost in the woods, do you blame yourself or the guide?
  5. Oh God, this is Kamui-esque. Welcome to reality: In war, people will die. When a violent dicatorship that had support from a diehard minority, it'll happen. So, lemme guess: If we were to kill people in Sudan, we'd instantly be hypocrits because "Humanitarians" are not allowed to kill, right? Yeah. I mean, seriously, you'd probably believe the shit C-Bacon is parading around. Shiites and the Kurds technically make up a LARGE MAJORITY in Iraq. The Sunnis were the minority. And I never said that there weren't other reasons for going into Iraq. Your mind just fails to comprehend the possibility that there were more than one reason the White House actually had, and that they advertised the WMD because that's the only one they could bring to the UN without being laughed out of the building. We were the same way after the Revolutionary War because of the massive debts and instability that we had, especially without a big brother nation to help us out. Doesn't anyone remember the Whiskey Rebellion? The fact that we had to write a completely new basis for government in the form of the Constitution? Jesus, like this would be all magically healed in one night. It's never been easy rebuilding a country. It just takes time, patience, and perseverence. Well, okay... ... And there goes the entire credibility of the previous statement. Excellent. Perhaps you should pratice what you preach.
  6. Perhaps, but it does equal a president with an itchy trigger finger. No... that doesn't add up. He acted on what he thought was good intel and tried to eliminate a potential threat. I don't see how that adds up to "Itchy Trigger Finger".
  7. Must there always be one singular reason behind everything we do? Iraq was a very complex situation. To ignore that is lunacy. To expect one reason to cover everything that we went in Iraq to do is moronic. Okay, question to all those who thought it was only for the WMDs: If it were only for the WMDs, why aren' t we out yet? Seriously, if we didn't have plans on staying a while and fixing everything up, why would we do it in the first place. Indeed, there are many humanitarian wars that could be waged. BUT. There are places that are easier to wage them in and there are places where it's more important to wage them in. Iraq was the right place, the right time, and the right government. They were the ideal one to start with. If you can name a better war to wage in today's world, go for it.

    Michael Badnarik arrested

You really can't have a President that has no political representation in Congress or any other branch of government. They really do need to get some grass roots support before they really get included into the Debates and such.

Heh. When Zogby started calling NM solidly for Kerry, I started to doubt their legitmacy. ESPECIALLY after everyone else said that Bush was making tons of headway there.

  13. Hilariously enough, there isn't one reference link to BUSH'S ACTUAL SITE, which, well, Cerebus actually sort of found, along with Kerry supporter sites saying the exact same thing. Of course, this is probably a bit too complex for ya, I guess. Oh well, let's put your blinders back on...
  14. It's his own fucking website! How much more reliable can you get?! Websites can be faked. There was a big shit going down with the neo-con's here a few weeks ago about a website that's domain name was completely opposed to it's actual content. Like I said, until independent verification comes forth, this is bullshit, nothing more. [EDIT]-I did a little checking, and the "John Kerry USA Flag" header from that "draft page" is completely different from the header on every other page on the official John Kerry/John Edwards website. Look for yourself: That's the fake^ That's the real one^ You can even check the url, and see that they are different. Next bullshit, please. So... This is all you are presenting? Did it ever to occur to you that maybe the pages are running on different resolutions, resulting in the differnet banners? Or no? Edit: Jesus, actually how do we know it's simply not an update? Seriously, a change in the banners does not really equal IRREFUTABLE PROOF OF FORGERY.

Bush, Cheney concede Saddam had no WMDs

THE RIGHT TO VOTE????!!!!??!! Are you insane? NOBODY had the right vote under Hussein. I'll be damned if you tell me otherwise. Oh they had the right to vote, but it was basically Saddam or jail/death. If you realize this...what was your point with the first post about women voting? The point relating to how Bush can make the claim that women voting is some sort of new ideal in Iraq. It's misleading. The entire concept of free voting is an incredible concept in Iraq right now. And women voting in the Middle East in a Free election is a first time thing. Nice try to worm your way out of it, though... Which will make little difference in a nation where religious ideals will further intensify and not all women will be represnted. The idea of a democratic Iraq is wishful thinking at best. But you hold on to that vision Bush has painted of Iraq, full of sunshine and lollypops. And it was a nice way to collectively 'worm away' from the hypoctical/selective interests issue. Okay, buddy. If that makes you feel better about making a stupid point and getting called out on it, good. But hey, we are all gonna be consumer slaves to the PNAC, so I'm just partying it up while I still have free thought.
