Marlins would probably move/get contracted before the stadium's finally built. BTW: What is the attendance like this year for Florida?...

OK, the last ESPN Football game I saw was 2k2. I played it in Circuit City. It was slow and boring, imo. What improvements have been made since then?...

Me buying ESPN now over Madden would be like a lifelong Democrat raised in the Depression voting for Dewey...

There was this chick that had her own late-night show for like a week. I don't remember who she was (this took place in the mid-1990s) but one promo I remember was her "not taking it anymore" and going into the men's room to pee. Can't imagine why her show failed...

It depends. If the paper is more of a mouthpiece for some bitchy editor, then I wouldn't read it, but if the student body of a school is trying to emulate a "real" newspaper then I'll give it a shot. As much as I hate Sappy Valley and Penn State University, I must say that I thought PSU's daily newspaper was well-done. Sure it had a slew of left-wing hippie garbage plastered on the Opinion page, and sometimes on the news page, but it was just as good as the community's "real" newspaper, the Centre Daily Times, and a better deal, too, since it was free. And although a school's newspaper might not get as much readership as a "real" newspaper, you still get feedback from readership (sometimes). 1) One time I wrote this story about a student that almost fell down one of the school's elevator shafts and the day that paper was published, when I was entering my school's main building the receptionist, who was this little old lady that never said anything to me for the two-and-a-half years I attended that shithole leaned in toward me and said, "thank God you did something on those elevators -- those things are going to kill someone." 2) That same semester, while I was working my job at a movie theater, I saw this one person waiting for her her movie reading my lastest issue at a closed section to our concession stand -- my job and my school were about 25 miles apart. That was a strange encounter...

I don't think you're Mean Girls target audience kkk. There's a bunch of shit that's doesn't have me in mind in regards to target audience, but damnit, I still pay attention on the latest trends and fads you young whippersnappers follow. So who is this Jessica Simpson person everyone has been talking about?...

Wha-? I only saw one preview for it up until now. Man I'm getting old...

Fallujah Residents Beginning to Really Hate Us

The Jews had free food and lodging, and plenty of exercise. What wasn't to like about Hitler?... -
Yeah, pretty much so. Although to be fair, a lot (not all) of the "KKK Democrats" eventually moved into the Republican Party. Except, of course, everybody's favorite W.Va. Senate Democrat. This also reminds me of a Newsweek article a while back profiling Tenn. Congressman Democrat Harold Ford, Jr. He was at some BBQ saying hi to voters and the Newsweek writer heard some old guys that were racist saying that they liked Ford (can't remember what they said, but one did have a racist remark). His skin color was brought up and one of the guys said "But at least he ain't no Jew..."

As I sat here, I thought to myself "Should this thread go in CE or Movies?" This is a TV show, but more responses will be found here, so a big "F' you" to those bitching about fluff, etc. I COULDN'T CARE LESS what y'all think *looks at Tyler for nod of approval.* Story...

I have the perfect musical guest for the first episode: Outkast. Not only are they liberal, but when they sing "Hey Ya!" Howie can join in: "Heeeey Ya" "RAWR!" "Hey Ya..." -

You know, I don't advocate a folder name change, but I think it would be funny as hell to have a pinned thread that was dedicated to just that... -
Now this is interesting. While working out I had everybody's favorite cable news channel on and a reporter told John Gibson that he tried to get an interview with Koppel, but Ted said he was too busy to grant one. He then went to Air America and got interviewed by someone there (I think it was Franken.) Odd...

You pretty much described it...

When I lived in SW Ohio I never had a problem with RR, or Time Warner Cable for that matter. Well, there were a few times when it acted goofy, but the problems always got fixed in a jiff. The only on-line game I played on-line was Diablo II and I was always fine, although there were times when I'd summon a BUTT-load of undead and the better half cast a fire wall spell or two and things would slow up, but that's just nitpicking...

Great timing to pimp the stadium when the team's winning...

Well if I was an Iraqi, I'd hate the Americans, too. I hear those sites where the mass graves were uncovered were primo vacation spots... -
