I asked him where he lived first, hippie. I remember seeing lower costs for nice apartments in that area -- although if he's nearby Dayton the costs may be a bit higher. I had a buddy that lived in NYC and what he told me about the cost of living there made me cringe. I didn't go OMG U GOT OWNED LOL2004 to him or anything. If he likes where he's living more power to him. For the record my rent is $500 for a duplex...

$440 seems a bit high imo, but if you can afford it more power to you. Some advice, if there are any problems in your place that could affect your security deposit document each one with photos, give a copy of your findings to the landlord and keep one for yourself. Oh he was awesome. My only complaint was the "final" gang fight -- it was a bit of a letdown for me. Otherwise I really dug it... I loved it when it first came out... saw it in the theater and have sense about 3 times on dvd... it's a great effort, but what ruins the movie for me is DiCaprio... he's not horrible, but he's obviously not in Lewis's league I didn't mind Leo that much. And I forgot that one chick was Diaz for most of the movie. Is the commentary any good?...
