I doubt it, F'n Middletown! Well, if it doesn't prevent Mr. Redneck, then he'll be paying a lot more for the privilege of driving. Oh, and while we're on the subject I have to bitch about this. Back when I lived in Middletown, there was a rash of motorist deaths on I-75 around that stretch of highway by Middletown. All the broadcast news media kept saying stuff like "I-75 has claimed yet another victim tonight." WTF? Did I-75 suddenly morph into some 90-degree turn, causing a motorist to crash and die? No. Then why blame the road for someone's inability to drive? This is why I despise broadcast media, except for a certain cable news station that's alive and well in the year 2004...

At my last job there was a guy that delivered pizzas as a second job and he said one time he had a delivery for a motel room. When he got there he said there was some old fat guy, a late-teen/early 20-something boy and girl and some video equipment. So if any of you see a "Donatos" pizza box in the background of your latest Kazaa download you'll know the filming took place in Southwest Ohio...

I was never into Bond films until I started watching a lot of the older ones that were on Spike this past week. Man, were a lot of them awesome. A bit goofy, but that's OK. I think I know why I wasn't a Bond fan -- I mostly watched the newer ones and they didn't do much for me. The older ones seem so much better although they don't have all the fancy special effects -- am I wrong on this? Like I said before, I just started getting into the Bond films recently...

Don't we have prisons full of convicted murderers and rapists that we can do this to?...

I don't consider myself extremely advanced and had that "stolen car=bad, driving 100 mph=bad, running from the cops=bad" thing down pretty well as a teen. Perhaps they were going to learn about this in school next week or something...

Oh well. That's the price one pays for being a lush -- you not only hurt yourself, but you hurt those close to you. And I have worked at a lot of crap jobs in my lifetime, and not once have I seen a store manager sneak out in the parking lot and take note of my plates as I drove away...

With this in mind: 1) I hate it (actually I love doing this, but you get the idea) when these same motorists then get their panties in a bunch when you won't let them merge into the lane you're in -- don't do the crime if you can't do the time. 2) Also, I REALLY hate it when you get that sign and you pull into the lane that not to be closed. Then after a little while you realize that the lane that's supposed to be closed really isn't...

Oh, I loved doing that on I-75 with a MACK Truck at my side -- that really screws the tailgater over...

Take heart. I wrote a LONG-ASS post in the Sports folder earlier this week and I did it on Word. When I copied and pasted I got that message and thanked my lucky stars I did what I did. Had I just written it here at TSM I would probably be on the 6 o'clock news by now...

If you need to learn via personal experience that what these teens did was wrong, then it's a shame you weren't the eighth person in that vehicle...

I fucking hate them. I can understand if I was going slow in the left hand lane, but if you're tailgating me in the slow lane then I usually just go slower. I'll never forget this one time (Choken, Terror and SideFX will know what I'm talking about) I was driving to work and I was on that state road (741?) right next to Trader World that takes you toward I-71. Anyway, this fat bitch in a car crappier than mine was tailgating me right from Trader World to that light where you turn right onto 741(?). She then tried to pass me, but I knew she wouldn't be able to since her car was all but crying from being mistreated so. I then hit the gas a little bit and she didn't make the pass. I then saw her go crazy and although I'm not a lip reader I could tell that she wanted me to have sex with myself. So I then slowed down even more (traffic was coming the other way so she couldn't pass) and started pointing my finger at her and laughing. Of course it wouldn't have mattered if she passed me because there was some huge-ass truck just a few miles down the road that was causing a back-up. When we got to this point in the road I pulled over just a tad bit to the right and offered to let her pass. She didn't accept. When we went our separate ways at the next light I waved to her and went my own way...

The abortion talk got aborted in the second trimester of this thread...

That's an awful long list -- start with baby steps. I don't do New Year's Resolutions because I'm not going to let a change in the year influence how I should lead my life. Besides, there is nothing I can do that will make me a better person...
