Wow, those are so old I can't find them on Google -- then again I didn't try that hard in the first place. Funny Penguin story. Years ago management whined about wanting these expensive seats, so the city spent MILLIONS to build these things. Problem was they had less leg room than the regular seats. It got so bad the Pens were offering these seats free as part of some ticket package deals. And you wonder why the city is now bankrupt...
