Arwen > Eowyn (movie versions). But personally I'd take either one...

I was a little disappointed by it, but I did have unusually high expectations when renting it. Although I must say between this and "Con Air" Jon Malkovich is one of my favorite bad-guy actors...

I swear there must be some curse in the Manning family that prevents them all from winning anything meaningful. I really don't have favorite teams, but if I did I'd probably be with the Colts -- I'm a Manning/Dungy fan (although I think his time at Tampa Bay was at an end and getting Gruden was the right move...)

Great... Uh..... Contribution...

I said that it was a long time ago and I don't quite remember the context of it. Trust me, I don't need to "reach" in my hatred of this poverty pimp...

By now we all know that Rush is a "racist"
kkktookmybabyaway replied to kkktookmybabyaway's topic in Television & Film
Yeah players smoke crack and meet up with hookers BEFORE the Super Bowl, not DURING it... -
I remember him shooting off his mouth about this a long time ago. Then all of "those" quarterbacks came into the league and JJ has shifted focus from shaking down the NFL for kickbacks to his mistress, love child and "non-profit" organizations regarding black QBs to shaking down the NFL for kickbacks to his mistress, love child and "non-profit" organizations regarding black coaches/administrative workers. Because that's what *Insert-name-of-oppressed-group* leaders do...

Man, I was watching Hannity and Colmes last night while on the treadmill (OMG FAUX NEWS CHANNEL LOL 2003!) and man did Susan E. go OFF on this subject. Colmes said some harsh things as well, but he doesn't count as a liberal because Al Franken said so. I don't think I have ever seen Susan that pissed off before, and I remember her during Clinton's impeachment. (I normally don't watch H/C unless they have someone one I want to hear from *Kelsey Grammer for example* but they were doing a live show from Philly and I just love hearing from partisan crowds no matter what side they are on because it's funny as hell. Anyway, when watching this show I heard about the "Hitler" story when FAUX NEWS LOL 2003 did the bottom-of-the-hour-headline-update. I swear I nearly fell off my workout device from laughing so hard. So I thought about it what was to admire about Hitler for a few seconds. 1) He was neat. 2) He had great organizational and multi-tasking skills. 3) He didn't eat meat. All were admirable traits. Sure there was that whole "Master Race" idea, but let's not nitpick. Please, please, please "South Park" do an episode on this whole mess...

Dog, in the future I'd also include a link to whatever you are posting -- not just say "From *insert media outlet.* Just a tip...

I don't see what's so wrong about the National Association of Marlon Brando Look-alikes. You all are just racist toward white, fat actors...

9th Circuit declares DNA database unconstitutional
kkktookmybabyaway replied to Firestarter's topic in Current Events
It’s simple -- the 9th Circuit is bigoted against the poor. They don't want these convicted prisoners have a chance at justice. Already having served jail time, I'm sure many of these upstanding citizens (who all probably contend that they are innocent to begin with) will probably be looked at first by the po-pos (or worse John Ashcroft) when something goes wrong in their neighborhood. And with this DNA evidence on their side (if in fact they didn’t do anything) they could be cleared if whatever law enforcement agency is hounding them based on prior behavior. But the 9th Circuit doesn't want that -- they want to lock up these citizens and fathers (well, "sperm donors" is probably a more accurate description). For many, I'm sure DNA evidence is a crucial line of defense because you can't really hire a good lawyer when out on work release. Man, lots of kids say they want to grow up to be President, but I'll take a judgeship any day. You get good pay, you're not held accountable for whatever you do, and you get to play God. Where do I sign up?... -
Pesci + Glover = Gone Fishin'. I'm ashamed I even watched 5 minutes of it...

They're still on? It's been almost a month now...

Funny thing is I remember last season James Brown, that old Uncle Tom, said last year the same things Rush did regarding that stupid NFL policy of forcing each team to interview at least one token minority candidate. (I heard that the Lions did try to line up some token minority candidates for their coaching vacancy but they all refused because Steve M. was going to get the job anyway...)

What part of this was I supposed to laugh at? Some of the captions were cute, but Mike "80's" Butler is no Al Franken...

Jason Alexander is Tony Kornheiser in..
kkktookmybabyaway replied to MarvinisaLunatic's topic in Sports
Oh, so this is the comedy Jason was going to star in for CBS. With this winning formula, how can it lose? It has (s)hit written all over it... -
But they're safeties -- all they do is wait for a receiver to unexpectedly run into their zone and BAM. Cornerbacks have a much tougher time, and I think on defense there’s no more difficult a position...

Side note: Back a few years ago I was watching this NCAA Final Four game, and at halftime Leslie Visser was interviewing one of the coaches of the teams that made it that far (I'm pretty sure it was Oklahoma, but don't quote me on it). Midway through the interview Visser said that since this guy was a Native American *I started to cringe because I knew what was coming next* she wanted to know how he felt representing his race. I screamed and turned off the TV. Since OK didn't win the NCAA tourney that year, I'm sure this coach felt he let "his people" down. It could have been worse -- at least Visser wasn't on an NFL sideline. -- kkk, who's still waiting for more of "my people" to break down that glass ceiling others may know as talent and play starting cornerback for more NFL teams...

Student may wear Bush 'terrorist' shirt
kkktookmybabyaway replied to bob_barron's topic in Current Events
I know, but I'm an evil bastard who's going to hell. A little free speech story: I was at one of my many go-nowhere jobs while in college and was doing the cashier thing. One guy in my line came up to me and was talking to some other people in line. While taking his order I read these three big-ass buttons on his jacket. 1) Abolish the death penalty. 2) Lift the U.S. embargo on Cuba. 3) Free Mumia (most of you know where this is going) Since he saw me look at his buttons -- and these three buttons were hard to avoid -- he asked me my opinion on them. Using my freedom of speech, I politely pointed to each one and said. 1) Agree for the most part. 2) As soon as Castro dies. 3) Not in a million years. Of course, he didn't like some of my answers and bitched to my manager about my rudeness. Now the case could be made that he was a (stupid) customer, but I wasn't snide or mean about his positions. He asked for my opinions and I gave them to him. The point of this? I don't know. Just felt like telling it... -

Democrats dogpile on Howard Dean
kkktookmybabyaway replied to Jobber of the Week's topic in Current Events
OMG -- Howie can't be president now! He screwed up McNabb's team!... http://www.eonline.com/News/Items/0,1,1261...5,00.html?tnews By Wednesday, three Democrat candidates for President seized on the controversy, including former Vermont Governor Howard Dean who blasted Limbaugh's "unacceptable" take on the Philadelphia "Jets" star. (Dean's staff later corrected the statement, the Los Angeles Times said.) -

kkktookmybabyaway replied to bob_barron's topic in Current Events
If that guy would have been next to me, I would have said, "You may be a suspected terrorist, but you're a fucking moron and I hope you or someone you love dies via terrorist attack." Free speech, gotta love it...
