Perhaps that's the real motivation for the DRASTIC cutbacks on her TV appearances? I had thought that it was because sporadic appearances by her in T&A fluff pop ratings, but when she's a recurring character, people change the channel.

Career-wise, it's often not bad to be playing the same character all the time. For example--Tom Cruise and Will Smith. Denzel Washington was getting a little fed up with it, though, and has tried to do other types of roles easily. Speaking of him, he co-starred in a movie called Ricochet with John Lithgow. Denzel was a cop and Lithgow was a crazed serial killer who put together a sick, elaborate revenge scheme after getting out of jail. Not too bad a movie, but seeing the old guy from 3rd Rock battle a guy to the death in a prison swordfight--using telephone books taped to their bodies as armor--is really damn funny.

Sad. None of that makes me want to watch SD.

Its too bad its on Saturday nights and I aint got no modern technology. I might be relaxin my social responsibilities for a few weeks so I might be catching a few shows though. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You could probably get a used VCR at Goodwill or a pawn shop for about 10 bucks, though. Although seriously, I taped Velocity and actually got to see wrestling matches. That was incredible. Smackdown is pretty bad. The difference is that since it isn't live and it's on a Thursday people aren't in the mood to get together to make fun of it.

On a related note, Day of Reckoning 2 is due out on 8/30. That should give us a rough indicator of what we might be able to see as far as Legends. Or not, cuz the DoR roster blew, but I'm hopeful. (EB Games) Reserve it now and get a limited edition Stacy Kiebler poster! (/EB Games)

Theoretically, the Legends roster should be a lot deeper this year because of the Legends program. Whether or not they'll do it remains to be seen. The inability to make some moves optional pins instead of auto-pins sucks, but they're ignored the issue for every single game so far, so I don't expect them to change it. Shame, because I'd like to use the "Stevie-T" without the pin. :/
