    Transformers the Movie

Bah... I still mark out for Superion as well as most of those mentioned (Computron is meh) -- but the Aerialbots and Stunticons are my two favorite groups. And it also drives me crazy, about the Matrix, because the Movie was already being worked on BEFORE the first two seasons were worked on. They wanted the Movie first, but realized it was going to take longer to produce, so they started doing the TV series early. Also, the TV series takes place like 20 years before the movie (or whathaveyou). Oh, and what in the fuck is "F.I.R.R.I.B." I'm a pretty big TF Fan, but i have no clue what that means.

    A "novel" idea

SMARK. Basic Synopsis A new comic book called "Smark." has hit the streets and captivates a wide audience, all the while the mysterious writer hangs in the shadows...not wanting to reveal too much about his identity, even going so far as to use a pen name. The comic book itself is based in a world where professional wrestling is more than a career and sports entertainment....It is life. Cultures and Societies are based more on style and experience rather than race or religion. Governing over the entire world is one government, known as the International Wrestling Council, or IWC. This group, led by General Manago, has become corrupt and violent...using their resources to destroy those less fortunate. Out of the shadows comes a one man uprising, a man known as Smark Jones. Using anything he can, this masked man looks to take down the IWC one by one on his way to facing off with the General himself to hopefully restore order to the world in which he lives and fights every single day. As the comic book grows in popularity, fan clubs pop up around the world...none bigger than the Official Smark Jones Fan Club, whose members take the comic to levels of serious obsession. One day, the writer is out doing his daily routine, when a man rushes straight into him, sending both tumbling to the ground. The man gets up and sees the writer dazed and trying to apologize, but the man turns out to be running from the authorities, who close in now that the man has become tripped up. In a fit of anger, the man attacks the writer, only to be taken down in expert fashion. Confused himself, the writer has no clue how he just did it. The cops offer there thanks, but he is still in shock himself. A few more instances such as this occur, each time the writer becomes more and more confused...but finally the stark reality hits him. He has somehow become a real life version of his own creation. Struck with this fact, the writer takes it upon himself to use this new found power to do good in the world, and hopefully also garner publicity for himself in the process. In doing so, newspapers around the country pick up on the stories and this real life Smark Jones is the talk of the town---especially in the Official Fan Club. Seeing this "wannabe" as a disgrace to the legacy of the comic book hero, the fan club president is not pleased. Using his pull among the members, a group of them villianize themselves as a real life IWC...looking to put an end to the shenanigans of the writer. Due to the secrecy the writer has kept for himself, not even the fan club knows who exactly is behind the mask...but they want to put a stop to it. Contents The book itself will not simply be a novel. Instead, it will focus on how those involved, as well as the rest of the world, react to the real life battle that has came straight from the comic pages and into their lives. In no particular order, the book will contain one or many of the following: 1. Excerpts from "Smark." The Comic Book 2. Entries from the personal journals/diaries of the writer and the fan club president 3. Pictures, either from amatuers or the News. 4. Clippings from newspapers - anything pertaining to the Writer vs. Fan Club fight...editorials, actual news stories, anything. 5. Television News Scripts - see above. 6. Minutes from the Smark Jones Fan Club meeetings. 7. Drawings from the writer (basically for illustrative purposes throughout book) 8. Maps 9. Battle Plans from the fan club ("IWC") 10. Any other various documents I haven't thought of yet. Each "chapter" of the book would also contain a small narrative introduction to help aid in giving information to the reader that couldn't be given through the means mentioned above. Currently, this is pretty rough. Any feedback would be appreciated however.

Who will Angle wrestle next week?

If he lost...it wouldn't be clean. It would be storylined and have something to do with Eddie interfering or something.

    I'm sick of bitches crying...

bwahahahahaha... "a woman" ....shyeah right. next... CWM hears the voice of "god" and "leaves", only to realize he left his "Men At Work" tape playing and it started to warble. Who can it be now? Hello God, it's me, Dave.

The new Eddie vs. Kurt feud

We've heard it a hundred times since the spoilers AS, and i'm sure everyone agrees. Both of them should be beating the everloving snot out of each other whenever they are within range of connecting with a punch, kick, chairshot, or other attack...but they don't. If their match at SS starts with them just beating each other to death (ala Bret/Austin) then I will be a happy camper, but it seems the mid-late summer is always when these little comedy bits get played out. I would MUCH rather see something along the lines of the HHH/Angle fued from the summer of 2000. It had it's moments of comedy (HHH/Trish) but for the most part it was the "love triangle" that didn't have the right ending and the two seemed seriously ticked at each other (which made for an odd start to the SSlam match, with Rocky coming in a few minutes later and letting them fight each other first). I have the DVD of that show, and it's always fun to go back and watch the build-up to the match, and how horribly they screwed it up with the wrong ending (to the fued). They can make up for it, but I doubt they will.

    "Starcrossed" Review

I know Vandal Savage was in two episodes that I can remember... the first being the one with the orbiting railgun (which I think is what you are talking about...cause it was pretty good) and also the "Death of Superman" episode, where he is in the future. I love both of them, but I don't think his second appearance was a two-parter. Was it? Either way, Savage is one of those characters that I wish could come back more often, because I love his SITUATION in the JL Universe.

What's the loudest band you've ever seen live.

Impressive, but I hate Living Sacrifice with a passion after seeing them live in 02, they played with Project 86 opening for Taproot at the House of Blues...and I could barely understand a word nor could i make out much "music" between 86 and Sacrifice. The worst was the lead for 86 saying "buy our CD!" after EVERY DAMN SONG and talking about having to wear extension cord for a belt (which he was). Yeah, the moshing was somewhat unique I guess...only cause most of the people there had NO CLUE what exactly they were moshing to. I saw a girl who couldn't have been 4'8" in the MIDDLE of it just going crazy...and I think she punched at least three guys during every song.

    Most embarassing wrestling T-shirt

I too marked out when I saw this shirt under Mick's flannel, as I had bought it a few weeks prior. It got few wears (mostly around Halloween when I would throw on the flannel, sweatpants, and sock puppet and Foley myself up. It was sometimes way too difficult explaining that outfit, but those that got it really loved it. I also would carry around a small CD player and mini speakers in the flannel so I could play his theme song at random intervals. I feel it will be the only time in my life I had a theme song accompany an entrance into a room. EDIT: The "one word" thing also was always a big mark out thing for me every since Foley was on WWF Superstars one morning as Mankind and looked into the camera and OUT OF NOWHERE at the end of an interview he says "And I've got one word for you.... BUCKET!" and pulls a bucket out from behind him. It was so off-the-wall that I couldn't help but laugh for the next five minutes or so.

    According to Meltzer.....

But even after putting the title on Brock, he didn't seem to really live up to the championship until that Stretcher Match with the Big Show. Even if Orton wins, if he can hold his own in feuds with Benoit, Jericho, and HHH, and let everything end with him getting a true blue victory over Hunter himself in a ***1/2 (or so) match, it could take him to that plateau of "true Main Eventer"

    Transformers the Movie

Color me Pissed. I don't want to see a teeny weeny Soundwave running around... that would suck HORRIBLY. Size shifting is part of the TF history, like Optimus pulling a trailer cab out of thin air.

    Transformers the Movie

Ahem...it's GRIMLOCK NO LIKE THIS~ Now, as for the CGI thing, there was a video floating around the net awhile back of a VW Bug changing from car to TF-style robot and then back again, and it was flawless. The odd thing was that it was made by a graphic design student. Chances are, Dreamworks will overdo the CGI to such a degree that it looks like shit, and of COURSE it will not be the original characters no matter HOW BIG an audience there is for them. They are (more than likely) trying to capture the slightly japanimated children of today into seeing it. Of course, I would LOVE to see a live action/CGI Transformers Movie done with the somewhat dark tone of the original TF: The Movie. Shit, the darker the better. It would probably pull in a bigger audience even with the children out of the equation for box office sales.

    The Da Vinci Code

I read it in one day... a long ass car ride. I was amazed, though I did read it in a very fictious, yet 'what if' way. I wasn't taking everything as fact, but just putting thoughts into some of the scenarios he brings up, no matter how false they are.

    According to Meltzer.....

Oddly enough...I wouldn't mind seeing Eugene vs. HHH at SSlam. Even though Eugene has "quit", it's obvious he'll be back soon enough, and he will want to go after Hunter. I think if they did Regal vs. HHH in two weeks, and after a long offensive streak by Regal...Evolution just DECIMATES the guy... it would be a perfect opportunity for Eugene to show up along with MAYBE Benoit and Edge (and/or Jericho?) to help even the odds, bringing Eugene back into the fold and being a good storyline pusher, putting all the main players into one ring and against each other. Then at Summerslam... Chris Benoit vs. Randy Orton (World Championship) HHH vs. Eugene Edge vs. Batista (Intercontinental Championship) Rhyno/Tajiri vs. La Rez (Tag Team Championship) Chris Jericho vs. Kane HHH vs. Eugene could be done GREAT if they book it right. I'm not sure if I would want to see Eugene go over (clean or not), but the fans would pop huge for it. A good idea for the match could be "If HHH wins, Eugene loses his job" and have HHH lose by DQ. Now, even though they did it recently in the Jericho/Kane match on Monday....Bischoff restarting it under no DQ rules could lead to over-booking, but in this case with so many wrestlers tied into each other...it might not matter, especially since it could help the story of the Benoit vs. Orton match later in the night. I'm actually awaiting the day that a RAW is headlined by Evolution & Kane vs. Benoit, Edge, Eugene, Jericho, and Regal Hmmm... there's a Survivor Series Main Event right there. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised to see that match be "final two survivors then wrestle one-on-one for World Championship"... sure, some of those guys shouldn't get a title shot, but they can be weeded out early... but Benoit, Edge, Jericho, Orton, Kane, and HHH could ALL be among the final two and their fight would be at least DECENT.

WWE News: Luther, RVD, XFL, More

ESPN is the "Entertainment & Sports Programming Network" ... Entertainment & Sports is MUCH different than "Sports Entertainment" ... The biggest difference being that "entertainment" and "sports" are listed as two seperate pieces in ESPN, while the WWE sees them as ONE and it is decidedly a totally different genre. And what you mentioned is WHY Ryan Leaf was a flop...he did all that, and then sucked in the NFL. It would have been like Michael Jordan coming in and scoring 10 points a game for his whole career...like Sam Bowie. (who was also on the list for that very reason)

The best moves or plays in video games

In Quarterback Club 96... you could own the field 96% of the time with a play that I *THINK* most teams had...which was a play action fake that went straight to the tight end that was WIDE OPEN in the middle of the field. With an infinite turbo code you could rack up 150+ points in a 5 minute quarter game.
