At least he didn't do the Crossface, all things considered. Seriously though, that is just... odd. I'm not one of the many on the 'always crap on Orton' bandwagon, but I'm not sure why he would need to actually do this, obviously to 'send a message to Chris' symbolically, before asking 'why'... I dunno. Just, really weird. I too hope it wasn't anything other than Randy thinking this was the way to do things and maybe not realising what it might look like. For some reason I was taking the story in the same way as the story of Sam Kinison's death, with him saying "why" into the sky repeatedly and then solemnly saying "okay" before dying on the side of the road. Like he was being told, somehow, to put the Sharpshooter on Cena for some bizarre reason.

I know there are differences, but all signs point to both Eddie and Benoit being the ones to win world titles within insanely close proximity of their deaths. That is really creepy.

They were showing the Rumble Chris won... and that's what my screen showed as I turned it on.

I turned on Raw to see Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, and The Big Show... and was INSANELY confused. Podding up TSM ...yeah... things got bad.

That main event was hideously horrible. I thought the entire point of multi-man matches was to show more than two people fighting at once...but that didn't happen at all (outside of a few tiny glimpses). Sure, a few guys hit moves on other guys as transitions or what-have-you, but there was, far as I could, hardly a single time where...say...Orton and Cena were fighting on one side of the ring and Booker and Lashley were fighting on the other...maybe with Foley on the outside doing some recovery or whatever.

I heard a rumor that one of the sequels (apparently it will be a trilogy) will feature the Dinobots and possibly the Constructicons. I'm torn.

Too bad they wouldn't just let everything past their cutting room floor, because I know there will be some GEMS that will never see the light of day.

Maybe she'd rather have movie tickets. That's the kind of experience that might sour me on the Midway...

How are those things related? I could see if you were saying something about him doing that after Owen, but his wife died from cancer, not a show related accident. They are related in that involve death and the business, but in different ways. Jarrett is (somewhat) using the death of his wife to help build himself up as a babyface, when he could have kept that away from the ring and still built himself as a face eventually. Sting entering from the ceiling just is a taboo thanks to Owen's accident. I had thought, at the time, that I heard Sting say he was no longer going to do that entrance...and his character would still work just as well without it.

As much as I like ESB, I consider ANH to be the best (and certainly the most self-contained) of the three. I think it was meant to be self-contained, as I don't think it was even called "Episode IV" until much later. ESB was made to flow into ROTJ, whether anyone likes it or not. And I *love* ESB. ...and All About Eve got MASSACRED, falling from number 12 to not even being mentioned. All About Eve was #28 this time, falling 12 spots from #16. wow, i'm blind. I didn't notice it during the broadcast for some reason, and i read the final list like five times.
