If talking about the NES: "Nintendo", "original Nintendo" or "N.E.S." if talking about the SNES: "Super Nintendo" I always say, as far as things like NBA, SCUBA, LASER, TNA, WWE, NASA, etc etc etc... A good rule of thumb is to follow the lead of the people in the company. If the people at Nintendo called it the "Ness" and the "Sness", then everyone else probably would to.

I really wish TNA would just pull the trigger on giving Samoa Joe the belt. They need to get a "homegrown" guy a shot, not A former WWE star vs. A former WWE star vs. A former NWA/WCW star on a TNA show. Is it a big match? Yes. Will it be decent? Probably. I'd just rather see something new as the centerpiece of a televised wrestling federation.

Kennedy/Edge at Summerslam is just another reason why I really want to go to that show.

Shane might not be a big guy, but he isn't all that tiny either...and he's been in quite a few matches where he brawled and even did some chain wrestling (see: Angle @ KOTR) and it should be feasible given his length of time in the business and like 8 years of being an on-and-off on screen character with some matches under his belt that he could do some...SOME...damage. Add the fact that most times when he actually does go into the ring he is in some kind of odd gimmick match where he can throw himself from high places.......he has the ability to get a win here and there. And as much as it annoys me that he gets to do the Van Terminator all the time, I think he should have stuck with doing the Macho Elbow for any sort of credible finisher.

HHH's post WM X-7 reign was horrendously pointless as far as the belt helping to make the wearer. Especially when he (and Austin) whoomped down on Team Extreme for relatively no reason. I don't even really care that Kane got it after that. I'm a bit of a Kane mark. And I think people forget who was supposed to end Godfather's IC reign in 99 that mayhaps have finally been the start of a really good push.

It didn't suck. It was a nice tag team match. I did not notice the stip was slightly disregarded, but like i said, I didn't read it as thoroughly as I did, say, the Main Event. Nothing against you, but it was basically an enhancement talent match featuring two wrestlers that are already INCREDIBLY well rounded in their writing skills. If it was JRR/Jakey vs. the Norsemen, then I would have read through it and commented a more/better, because they can use it. I enjoyed it. I was not trying to offend anyone. You both are in that little panel of about 7 active guys I hate to write against because you are so good at what you do. All I can say is "holy shit, that was awesome" ...i can't give tips and pointers to someone who should be giving ME tips and pointers.

I didn't have a problem with it at all. I thought it was fun, it just isn't something I could really comment on given the circumstances. I enjoyed the ending quite well, and I doubt I could have wrote that kind of stipulation with any sort of reasonable flow.

Vince with the title going into Philly or NYC would be sensational. Especially against a real old-school ECW classic guy who would take the title away from him and create a really classic WW/E/CW moment.
