I think he means watch how his outlook for the year in hip-hop pans out. How that makes him any less illiterate, I'm not exactly sure.

Coincidence or not, those are the only two Game tracks I dig.

I never quite understood the justification of wasting a roster spot on someone who brings nothing else to the table other than he's a good clubhouse guy.

BX's links make me realize how awful I was back then. Didn't seem like it at the time, but in retrospect, I sound all the 16 years I was at the time. That and you'd never imagine I had any semblance of a vocabulary going by my posts. And this is just from one thread. I also see I started a thread titled, "Just Wondering." But the page is gone. Now I'll never know what I was wondering!

Using Eddie's death in storylines - So, are all of you finally aga

What are you talking about? He helped out Rey in the Rumble, remember? That was only to make up for him causing Rey to draw number two. -
I thought the Pistons were gonna make the comeback, but thanks to some sloppy ball-handling, terrible shooting beyond the arc, and Jason Kidd's great night, it wasn't happening.

Smackdown Spoilers for the Febuary 3rd Show
Bruiser Chong replied to BorneAgain's topic in The WWE Folder
If these are real, this is easily the most disgusting thing this company's ever done. How in the world do you think that not even three months removed from one of the company's biggest stars dying, it's wise to say he's in hell just for the sake of getting a storyline over? -
I see it as them realizing their mistake and fixing it. I'm amazed at how many people are surprised that Edge was *gasp* a transitional champion.

I'm more astonished at the type of numbers he put up with a broken god damn hand.

I thought Mike was destined for an AL team?

OMG SPOILERZ!

Seemed to be a possible rumor a couple hours ago, but more news outlets are reporting it. I've heard it's possibly he'd been dead for several days. Here's one of the stories...

Her work with Timbaland is what makes me tolerate, if not like a chunk of her solo work. Her cameos on other people's stuff usually means no Tim, and thus, we're left with just her and her quasi-new passion of talking about her sexual exploitations.

The editing, commercials, and disregard for OAR bother me as much as what they show. I recall a time when AMC and TCM were on the same level, but AMC is just trash now. I like how they can't even seem to show the original from an on-going series. Instead, they get Halloween 4 and that's it.

You can gauge what type of area you live in by some of the attractions that are brought there. We have Kid Rock coming here this month. I need to move.

There's this thing floating around on the 'net that breaks down virtually every aspect of the movie and explains it. I was a bit confused by the old couple, too, but the web piece was so informative that I shrank it down, converted it into a booklet, printed it out and stuck it in the DVD case. I guess I didn't see it. They weren't great actors, but they weren't bad. They came off as real high school-aged kids. Yeah, that nerdy girl with the glasses and awkward curly hair was hawt. The main character with the unkept bleech-blonde hair and rosy, but otherwise unremarkable face was real dreamy, too. There were some "beautiful" people in the movie. But unless you're real unfortunate, there's a fair mix of them in just about in any high school you may frequent.

I don't know how anyone could challenge you on hearing Missy talking getting it in the tush, tush, tush. Speaking of Missy, I find her really annoying when she winds up in the middle of someone else's album more times than not.

Sticking with TCM, they're airing Greed at 11:15 ET tonight. Although over four hours in length as it is now, it's still missing five hours of footage.

Elaborate. You don't think it was realistic? You cite it not being realistic and then, almost in the same breath, talk about people walking down the halls, horrible improv, and no characters. Do you know any high school where people go around and have conversations that are succinct and sound like they're out of a movie? Was there always something going on in the hallways when you were walking them in between classes? The fact that there are real people used here, at times, clunky dialogue, and a real mellow feeling to the day before the shootings only adds a realistic tone to it. What'd you want? Motive behind their actions? An epilogue? To me, Elephant works because it's a non-biased look at what is (until the shootings) just another, uninteresting day. People walk the halls, bump into friends, have lunch, and talk about trivial things that don't have the same wit we've become used to because of people like Kevin Smith. The motives behind the Columbine incident and countless others like it has been done to death (no pun intended). We've heard all of the alleged experts present theories on what caused it, but in most cases, the real answer is never known. What Van Sant does here is present the scenario and leave the viewer to fill in the pieces. Why should he or anyone else tell you what the motives were, when his guess is probably as good as the person's watching it?

This Baseball Classic thing is starting to look like a joke. I can understand some of the concerns, especially for pitchers. But guys like Hudson and Bonds dropping out now, a week after the final rosters had to be in, is really bush league. What, they didn't know they didn't want to do it last week? Bonds comes off as extremely shady here.

It'd be nice insurance for the annual Kerry Wood DL stint, but Miller's as likely to be on the DL at that time as anyone else in the bigs.

I've said it elsewhere, but TCM is really the best place for film. Their respect and treatment of it is incredible. Them showing so many great ones that aren't on DVD is the reason why I want Tivo so badly.

Just because you don't understand a movie doesn't mean it should qualify as the worst one you've ever seen.
