A run play? A RUN PLAY?!

Shit, this is the most amped up Celtics crowd I've heard in a long time.

Before she got the implants and reverted to screeching out promos, I thought Steph was one of the best (and hottest) female heels the company had.

If I knew I'd tell you. I think I heard something about the middle of November. EDIT: Or just look one post above.

I'm fucking sick of this "running up the score" debate, but this is a good one.

I don't think Michael's idea to raid Utica was that outrageous and the car ride there was funny as hell to boot. "If you harm one hair on Stanley's head...I will burn Utica to the ground." It also is looking like they are setting up the (inevitable) Jam breakup as either Pam realizing that Jim is just going to be running in place the rest of his life or Jim realizing that he really can do better in his life than what he is doing right now.

So what IS up with Team Hughes this season? Is Matt just taking the completely wrong coaching tact? Did he pick the worst fighters? Is Serra just outcoaching him this year? EDIT: Oh, and Mazagatti shaved off the pornstache? BOO!

The ownership almost traded him two years ago and put him on waivers the year before that. I agree with cheech: See if the decline in his numbers was just an off year or the start of a downward trend before committing that much when you can get a younger player and save about $5-7 million that can be used elsewhere.

My guess is that a cleaning lady in their Denver hotel is going to find it either inside an empty 48-pack box or in one of the many piles of vomit in the bathroom.

Since it's official, let's get to discussin'. This is going to be quite the interesting series. Rockies have everything going for them right now and you don't fluke your way into 20 of 21 wins. The Rockies came into Fenway during Interleague this year and took 2 out of 3, beating Beckett and allowing only 5 runs total in the series. Early pick: Sox in 6 or 7, but I wouldn't be surprised at anything else. Also, one game will be called because of snow.

I think he'll go to either Philly or the Mets. He seems to like living in the Northeast now, so I doubt he'll go out west.

A Very Special Look Back at the '07 Season courtesy of The Dugout and FOX.

Brady won't be the key to the game. Nor will Manning. It'll be which team can sustain a running game and control the TOP because both teams are going to put some points up here. Unfortunately for the Pats, Joseph Addai is a far superior back than Laurence Maroney is right now. I think it'll stay fairly close in the first half, but one team pulls away and wins by about 14.

Unfortunately, the FA class this year isn't all that great and you know that Cashman is not going to put the young guys like Chamberlain on the trading block, so I don't know if the Yankees can do all that much to improve this offseason. It seems like '08 is going to be a "transition" year with all the kids getting more time and experience.

Holy shit, Jim Leyritz and Michael Chiklis are identical twins. No Jimmy Fallon makes this 20x better by itself. The MLB.com guys are running out of guys to interview so they get TWO TIME WORLD CHAMPION Doug Mirabelli.

Well I think I would rather get my info on those fires from CNN or FNC than ESPNNews.

Go to ESPN.com's college football page and it is on the last page of the little video player on the right. The announcers are great. "GO! GO! RUN!!!!" And it looks like one of the opposing team's players dropped dead at midfield.

The chairs at Fenway are still too small.

TSMBaseball for the chat, as usual.

I was about to fire up the AIM chatroom for the game, but I noticed that the game isn't starting until 8:40 tonight. What the fuck, FOX?

South Florida goes down to Connecticut, effectively ending any National Championship talk there.
