They're breaking out the Off at the Jake right now.

Couple of "fan cam" shots from the 2004 ALCS: I also found .

Oh man, this completely blew away the premiere. Toby unable to accept Jam's relationship, Creed saying "brah", Michael driving himself into a lake. All of it gold.
-
There were some problems with the sound that made the crowd completely overpower the announcers. It's like they can't find the right balance.
-
Fucking Scarola just completely shit on his entire future. Pissed off the UFC, pissed off Serra, lost your job. Fucking moron. That guillotine was in no way tight enough to tap to. It's good that we are weeding out the crap right now so the quality of fights will be good once we get to the semis.

Beckett's putting on a clinic right now; 15 straight retired after a leadoff hit to start the game.

THURSDAY Kentucky FRIDAY Louisville SATURDAY Wisconsin Kansas State Maryland TCU Tennessee Texas Fresno State Virginia Tech LSU Ohio State Rutgers Nebraska Tiebreak #1: How many total points will be scored in the Florida/LSU game? 75 Tiebreak #2: How many passing yards will Oklahoma's Sam Bradford have against Texas? 211

Stone's good, but who's the yutz in the booth with him? And what's with the sound; the crowd noise is barely coming through on Ortiz's homer.
-
Jets fucked me over here and in my money pool. Now I hope the Pats break triple digits when they play again.

How the hell does SD allow a Herm Edwards coached team hang 30 points on them at home? Oakland may actually have a shot at the division since neither Denver or SD want to run away with it like they should. The West still isn't the worst division though, the AFC East has a comfortable lead there; Bills/Jets was just painful to watch.

By a freakin' field goal. I think I need to start getting serious here.

Cubs clinch the Central and Padres clinch at least a tie for the WC. Playoff picture is settling nicely.

According to the preview, next week is already the traditional "All the guys get drunk and destroy everything in the house" episode. Three weeks in, that's gotta be a new record. Hughes is so full of himself and pretentious it is too awesome to put into words. This fight is going to break Ortiz/Shamrock's numbers easily.

Shame that I'm bringing more prestige to the ND program than the actual team is. Upset bid #2: THURSDAY Boise State FRIDAY West Virginia SATURDAY Penn State Iowa Air Force Miami of Ohio Georgia Tech N.C. That's one. LET'S GO SAINTS!!!

If Lovie doesn't make the switch within the next few weeks, he deserves the 8-8 record and firing that will result. How in the everloving hell is this guy still an NFL starter? The Pats going down to Dallas in three weeks is shaping up to be quite the matchup.

Loved the Bears fans drowning out Andrea Kramer. Sideline reporters need to show one of two things to be worth a damn: actual insight into the game or lots of cleavage. She has neither.
-
ESPN doesn't have the Sunday night game anymore and Primetime was the lead-in to that. I guess when NBC got the game, they got the exclusive rights to do a highlights show hosted by a bunch of buffoons.
-
Now I need both prime time games to win by tiebreaker. Fucking Indy couldn't score another damn point?
-
I noticed them putting the signs up for it on Friday. Maybe it was just a weekend thing. This week's newspaper circular advertises a bunch of similar sales on a bunch of toys, so I have to believe it is going to go on through the week.
-
You should see the jerseys the Eagles dragged out of the attic today. I guess since games were either on the radio or black and white TV back then, nobody gave a shit about uniform design. I'm getting more sold on the Packers with each passing week. As long as Favre doesn't screw things up, they'll be in the mix.
-
Even if I didn't work there I'd mention this, but Toys R Us is having their yearly Buy 2, Get a 3rd free games sale this week.
