I think you missed the point of my post - if he had, say, charisma he'd be able to get away with not being able to wrestle...but he doesn't. He has nothing to offer. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

Luger was nothing more than a punchline to a joke two weeks ago and now people are openly supporting his working with NWATNA, I just don't get it.

The point being made was that not only does Luger not draw but that he brings NOTHING else to the table either. He can't wrestle, he's got no charisma, he's got no name value etc.
