While I partially agree, it's mostly a matter of wanting a good match, just like you would want Batman to be a good movie. When you spend $35, you don't want to be disappointed with the show. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Maybe it's because I expect to see a certain quality with my $35 bucks. I don't care about the money. It's nothing but I ask for entertainment, I should get it. I choose to be entertained by good wrestling and the Angle/HBK match didn't deliver for ME. If you loved it and want to toss out your snowflakes for it, then by all means do so. What might entertain you might entertain a crowd of 150 in some promotion where the talent is basically working for free, but probably not so much the average fan. I dunno. He's likely going to have insane heel heat fromt he crowd. Go with that rather than trying to go against the grain. No, no, no. He's gotta run out of the crowd, or run out from the back. Make it a "holy shit!" deal. Doing dark matches takes away from the impact/excitement of his return.

How could you not be anything other than positive towards the product? Business is booming. The company is producing nothing short of a stellar product. Logical feuds. Great build-ups. Compelling television, and even better PPV's. Fresh superstars at the top of the card. All because the company cares about what the fans think. Dare I say we're in the midst of the golden age of the WWE?

But beating him wouldn't me shit for whoever did it. There's no "rub" to be given, since the WWE never bothered to build him up.

They're essentially the same, except Kanyon's looked a lot more crisp. It looked more like an inverted Russian Leg Sweep and got a little air, whereas Hassan's is just Hassan falling back, and the other guy falling almost straight dow.

Dude, it's freakin' Hassan. Who cares? What possible rub could he have given? He was booked as a midcarder, and never beat anybody cleanly of note. All his heat was cheap heat. He's awful in the ring. Nobody cared about his unpinned streak, especially since he has numerous losses already. It's not like the WWE would have made huge star out of whoever finally beat him.

Yeah, it was his 2nd year in the league. They almost made it the next year (1985), falling to NE in the AFC Champ., who went on to get spanked by Da Bears. There's a game I would have liked to have seen. The Dolphins gave the Bears their only loss that year, and it would have been interesting to see whether they could do it again. Yeah, I know Jim McMahon was hurt for that regular season game, but I still would have liked to see how the game would have played out. They certainly couldn't have done any worse than NE.

Not to mention sub-par defenses. His teams were extremely 1 dimensional. Marino only played in 1 SB.

I don't know how Toronto will run it, but there are no tickets for the Philly show. It's open to everyone. And if TO does have tickets, admission is free (probably some kind of lottery or first come/first serve type of deal)
