Quick update from TV Guide: 1) Next week is a "recap" show to get people up-to-date. 2) The season finale will air over 2 nights, w/ the 2nd night's show being 2 hours long.

Just saw this blurb about the upcoming season: based on last year's records, The Dolphins have the toughest schedule for 2005. As for the 2 SB teams, NE has the 3rd toughest, while the Eagles have the 3rd easiest.

Carlito wouldn't fit. His character doesn't lend itself to being a follower in a stable. He wouldn't find that "cool", as it were.

OK, valid criticism. He hasn't done a rap promo in at least 2 months, if not more. He's had more of an edge in his promos (i.e. "bringing the fight"). The first belt was a big seller, so why not do another? As for drawing, he'd been stuck in the midcard prior to his feud w/ JBL. Of course he's not going to draw, he hasn't been given the opportunity. His merchandise sells, and he's 1 of the most over guys on the show (if not the entire company). He got over on his own, as opposed to being a WWE "let's push this guy down your throats" production, which is a good sign he's got some staying power. Why not see how his title reign goes before you start bitching about him on top?

I believe 3PO lived with the Lars for as long as Shmi was married to Cliegg, which is about 3-5 years... I think Spiff means on ANH, when Owen basically just asked him a couple of questions and then it was off to the repair shop with Luke to get cleaned up. They didn't meet again after that. I was actually talking about Ep. 2, but the ANH reasoning works.

I think that was Jeff Garcia... Ah, OK. I wasn't exactly sure who that was supposed to be, since Harrington has dark hair and that character had light hair. Joey's got a rep. for not being "manly", so I just figured it was him. Garcia makes more sense, though.

IIRC, Owen & 3PO didn't really interact all that much, so it's possible that Owen wouldn't recognize him (barring whatever happens in Ep. 3, though).
