What percentage of the WWE roster do you enjoy..
Spaceman Spiff replied to The Mandarin's topic in General Wrestling
Raw: Shelton, Regal, Batista, Benoit, Jericho, Molly, Flair, Conway, Stevie, Helms, Trish, Matt Hardy 26.67% Smackdown: Akio, Big Show, Kidman, Book, Haas, Chavo, Doug Basham, Eddie, Kurt, (Luther & Jindrak I'll count collectively as 1), Nunzio, London, Rey, Shannon Moore 31.8% Collectively: 29.2% Of course, that number took a hit as they've released Knoble, Stamboli, & Chuck recently. -
In regards to Lita's bump, I wasn't so much concerned for her neck as I was her collarbone or shoulder. She's lucky she didn't break either, as it looked to me like that's where she took most of the impact.

Eddie & Regal were still productive wrestlers when they were brought back. All Simmons is good for is backstage skits where he gets to say "Damn!".

Man, the rocket pack makes it so much easier to get around. Just strap it on, look at the map, and head in a straight line to where you need to go. Fantastic.

Oof. Looks like a tranny.

That just feels...wrong.

Ditto...or at least I though the WWE offered him the position in March. I think they did offer him the position, but he turned it down. After that point, though, he was definitely fired, allegedly due to (IIRC) "substance abuse" issues (read: alcohol). As for hiring him back, what's the point? He's old, with bad knees, and can't wrestle a full-time schedule. As an agent would be 1 thing, but as a wrestler it would be a waste of money.

Not to mention that they almost (and probably should have) lost to Miami.

It made me feel all tingly. Down there.

Damn that AoO. No last name, please.
-
I'll have to pass on that. Don't like giving out my real name. I was hoping you'd dedicate one to my TSM name

Dedicate a song to me.

That's impossible, with the molten magma center of the planet & all.

WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot

I remember reading that article. I can't, for the life of me, remember who wrote it, though. It may have been on OnlineOnslaught. No link, either. -
That's impossible, with gravity & all.

The illusion has been shattered.

Well, whoever was dj'ing did. And I was listening to the show from the link you posted. EDIT: it must have been you, since I heard the latest glitch. "Goddamn fucking lousy CD player" (or something like that). BTW, that's not the voice I envisioned you having.

This is not your typical WWE year end poll
Spaceman Spiff replied to Lord of The Curry's topic in The WWE Folder
While a pretty sweet move, I dug the finish to the 1st Knoble/London match: Northern Lights suplex by London on Knoble, reversed directly into Knoble's Paydirt for the submission win. I believe London tried to skin the cat in that match, too, only to have Knoble dropkick him in mid-move, sending London to a flat-back bump right to the floor. Man, those 2 had some good matches together. -
What time does your show end? I'm listening at 9:40 PM EST, and heard the dj say "oopsie-daisy, technical difficulties". I sure hope that wasn't you.
-
I believe a pass from beyond the line of scrimmage carries a loss of down, as well as a yardage penalty (I could be wrong, though). In the 2nd situation, with the penalty + loss of down, the team would be looking at 4th down for the next play. Had it been 4th down already, they'd turn the ball over.

As much as I'd love to see Buffalo lose, Miami winning only hurts their draft positioning. I'd much rather the Dolphins lose out the rest of the way.

WWE Raw TV Main Events in 2004
Spaceman Spiff replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in The WWE Folder
While the actual "match" was a joke, the ending (Lesnar appearing on Raw and F5'ing Austin) was fantastic. The camera cutting to the ring to catch Lesnar already standing behind Austin was so much better than if they showed Lesnar jumping out of the crowd to get in the ring. One of the few true "holy shit!" moments of the year. Man, I miss Brock. -
Bush invented Nova.

Spaceman Spiff replied to godthedog's topic in Television & Film
Closer. Natalie Portman as a stripper. -
Say that again when they put out a line of Edge panties.
