Reduction. That seals it - "dumb bitch".

WWE News And Notes From 12/6 Observer
Spaceman Spiff replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
What probably happened was that since Dupree threw out the ticket, the rental car company was notified (since they are the legal owners) of the outstanding ticket. The rental company then gave up Holly's name, since his name was on the rental agreement. -
What is Angle's hometown challenge building to?
Spaceman Spiff replied to Precious Roy's topic in The WWE Folder
Basically, it's just a way keep him in the ring while requiring minimum effort from him in order to keep him healthy. I'm assuming it will eventually lead to a Taker/Angle confrontation, since all rumors point to an Angle/Taker WM showdown, but other than that, I don't see anything special planned for these "hometown challenges". -
Did you look that up or...? Observations. Both throw punches lefty, so I'm just assuming.
-
Useless fact: both Reigns & Jindrak are left-handed.
-
You heard me. They didn't do any worse than Eddie or Book in the match.
-
That wasn't a bad match. Bashams held up their end of it. Eddie looked a bit off on offense, however.

Don't diss those pants. They rule. If only they could figure out a way for the pants to accompany Carlito sans Jesus.

Jackie is definitely Tammy Faye Baker-ing it up tonight w/ the makeup.

Well, considering how he's been handled since then, the mystery has been rendered moot. Any chance of him being a draw has been killed off, and I seriously doubt he'll ever get another shot at being the champ.
-
Well, you obviously don't *plan* on making his title reign a short one. If it works, you run with it. You only yank it off him if he's doing horrendously bad.
-
I can't stand the guy in anything other than tag matches, but RVD *could* have been a draw if given the chance when he 1st came in. The fans were into him enough that the WWE should have at least put the belt on him once to gauge what they had. If it wasn't working, then they could have just jobbed the belt off him, no harm, no foul. It's not as if the company would have went belly-up due to a failed RVD world title run. It may have worked, it may not have. But to have not even tried is what's bad. It'd be better for them to have tried & received a definite answer either way, rather than wonder "what if that guy who was super-over was ever given a chance..."
-
It's hard to say, but they certainly should have given it a shot based on the fact that he was one of the most over guys in the entire company. If it wasn't working, they could have always taken the belt off him, but to have not at least given him a chance was a bit puzzling. He certainly would have done better than JBL, who's been an absolute bomb as champ.

I think you're exaggerating quite a bit.

Ebay is probably your best bet. Did a quick search, and saw 1 copy for sale on there (ends in ~3 days). Great, great game. IMO, best of the AKI wrestling games for the N64.

heh - "foppish dandies"

Curling is captivating.

That would rock.

Well, he was the most over guy when they 1st appeared on TV, due largely to his MTV exposure. He's been surpassed by Puder since then, but you can't deny he has a following.

What does your team need to do in the offseason?
Spaceman Spiff replied to therealworldschampion's topic in Sports
No sarcasm. Gates is leading SD in receiving (795 rec. yards) by almost a 2-1 margin over the next leading receiver, and is tied w/ Tomlinson for the TD lead for the team (11). Winslow is another guy in the same mold (WR in a TE body). Cleveland would be crazy to not utilize the guy to his fullest. The guy is going to be a big offensive weapon for them. It's a shame he got hurt, because I really wanted to see what the guy would do in his 1st year. -

You'd be crazy to get rid of Winslow. That kid's going to be a star. He & the kid in SD (Gates) are going to be the next Tony Gonzalez's. -

Dolphins (caveat - I don't know what our free agency situation is like): 1) Head coach - duh. Aim for one of the hot NE coordinators. 2) RB - Edgerrin should be a top priority. He's from Miami, he'd love to play there, and he's been pretty much ignored (for lack of a better word) as Manning focuses on throwing for every TD. 3) QB - Feeley's a bust. Either aim for Brees in free agency, or use our top pick for a QB. I'd target at Leinart if he comes out (which I think he will), but I think SF may have the #1 pick wrapped up, and would take him. 4) O-line - need to shore it up. 5) WR - evaluate David Boston. If he can stay healthy & not wig out, he's a keeper. If it's too risky to keep him, we'll need a WR to play opposite Chambers. 6) Defense should be OK. Maybe do some tinkering w/ some role players, as the key spots (MLB, DB's) seem to be good. Maybe D-line could use some help. -
