Yeah he's a jobber, but you don't go out there and tell everyone that your wrestlers suck and that him winning would be a joke. It's not like he went out and buried a guy like Jericho. Stevie's winning *WOULD* be a joke, and everyone knows it, so it's not like it was some earth-shattering break of kayfabe.
-
I couldn't agree more, as there is nothing like pointing out a member of YOUR roster that apparently isn't good enough to win the World title........real smart Vince. Dude, I like Stevie & all, but it's STEVIE RICHARDS. He's a jobber. He can't get any lower on the food chain, so I fail to see how he was "buried" when he hardly ever appears on Raw.

Hey, you want his address? We can hang around outside his place in hopes that we catch a glimpse of him.
-
That would also explain why Star Wars:TPM and AOTC rank higher than ESB.
-
The point of having him work dark matches is to have him work off the ring rust before his "big" comeback. Have him interfere during the cruiser title match at Armageddon (if there is one) to set up Spike/London. Cole/Tazz can put over "we haven't seen London since Kidman put him out of action!" without a bunch of people saying "we just saw him the last 2 weeks on Velocity".
-
Then why not have him do a dark match? That's a lot easier to ignore than actually appearing on WWE television, no matter how many/few people watched.

Foreign tours do well because of their scarcity. Increasing the number of shows they do overseas will only serve to weaken those shows, not to mention the increased travel costs and American fans feeling that they're being ignored. -
"Who" is grammatically correct.

I don't believe any of their music videos are on the DVD. The DVD consists of early/rare rehearsal/performance footage, including the 1st performance of "Smells Like Teen Spirit".

I'd be willing to see the Colts give up James for a Zack Thomas and some defensive bolstering. Indy's offense is a swiss watch right now. They could stick Bernie Parmalee in there at RB and be successful. James will be a FA.

I'll probably end up throwing it on my Christmas list.

Well, fanofcoils seems to be really anal about things. And to add to the point, Batista will be 36 in January, so if they want to do something with him, they can't wait around forever.
-
Apparently, there will be some sort of time-travel involved here, as I'm already passed the age of 25, and have yet to meet a girl named Dana. Hmm, I'm beginning to think you're just making stuff up...

Reminds me of the scene from "Resevoir Dogs" of the guys walking in slow motion (especially W on the left).

I dunno if that was a Fox show, but it ruled for the theme song alone "This is the theme to Garry's show..." I believe Fox aired it, but the original episodes aired on...Showtime? Fox just cleaned up any foul language/etc. before airing it on their netwrok.

Bret Hart had been around for years before his big push. Batista had only been on the main roster for a little over a year before being put in Evolution, not to mention being pretty injury-prone. Vince isn't going to give big pushes to new guys who he considers "old" and are effectively learning on the job. Orton was injury-prone, too, as well as learning on the job, but at least he's young and would realistically be around for many more years than Batista, which is why Orton got the push.

1 year hardly makes a difference. Just bump all my ages back a year. Bottom line - Batista is "too old" to get Orton's huge push. BTW, this is the lamest argument ever.
