Don't worry, Loss. In 200 years from now, you, too, can have the same right to marry as hetero couples.
-
You could argue that gay marriage has gained acceptance, too. More people are in favor of it today than 5-10 years ago. Granted, it's not overwhelmingly accepted (nor is it overwhelmingly in the opposite direction), but it's been creeping up.
-
Right, because a well thought-out logical argument is going to suddenly change the minds of everyone who opposes the idea. "Oh, how could I be so wrong? I now see the error of my ways. Come, let me embrace you, my gay brothers." You're dealing with people who have long-standing religious/prejudiced/biased beliefs, and who aren't going to be persuaded by anything proponents have to say. It's one thing if you're trying to persuade unbiased voters who have a genuine interest in making an informed decision, but that's not the case.

Dude, just shut the fuck up already.

A little something from ESPN.com's Page 2. Yankees vs. Red Sox, in Lego form: Part 1 Part 2

Hardly accurate.

And, lo & behold, people *are* using common sense by realizing that no harm will come from gay marriage. Of course, those people are called "activist judges", or "forcing their will on the people", or "contributing to the destruction of the very fabric of society."

Why'd they go to the trouble of shutting down e-feds, when this isn't even an e-fed? It's more of a fantasy football type deal.

WWE.com's September Jukebox Offerings
Spaceman Spiff replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in The WWE Folder
So, did the match go 60 minutes, with only 50 broadcast? Or did the match itself only go 50 minutes? If it went the whole 60, why not offer the entire match here? -

Their rights wouldn't be "trampled on", since they'd be free to marry 1 other person. People aren't born polygamists.

Leave a beautiful corpse, Inc.

I hope not, at least in the near future. They'd be better off playing out a feud between those guys & Knoble/Chavo first. Have K/C win the belts, then have London/Kidman split & feud.
-
I believe you're thinking Douglas. Flair offered to job the heaveyweight title to Steiner, but Scott didn't want to break up the team w/ his brother. Of course, there could have been other things that soured Scott on Ric.
-
Looks OK, but you probably won't like how it ends. Also, it looks like they're making an angle out of Chavo's injury. Knoble confronts London & Kidman backstage, which also plays into the end of their match w/ the FBI (which should also be good if given some time).
-
Rebuttal: after reading the SD spoilers, it looks more interesting than Raw (for me, at least).
-
No Knoble/London? Boo. I don't get Knoble needing to hold the tights for the pin, though. It's only Scotty, give Knoble a clean win, he's the guy involved in an angle on the big show. SD, overall, looks pretty decent. Angle/Eddie should be good, FBI vs. London/Kidman should be good, I love making an angle out Chavo's injury. I can do without the Dudz vs. Holly/Gunn and Heidenreich destroying London, though. Haas should be getting a push, not Heidenreich or Kenzo. OK, that's pretty funny.

I'm doubly concerned that Mark Henry coming back got its own thread.

Yeah, I'm guessing San Francisco isn't the ideal place to be running the diva stuff, ifyaknowwhatImean

Nobody ever accused Randy of being the sharpest needle in the bag of steroids.

Man, Eugene is DEAD.

Dude, you're way off base. 5-11. They'll be golfing with the Aints once the regular season ends.
-
Ah, the sensible route. I approve.

I made nachos & pulled up a chair for *that*? Boo. Satisfy my blood lust.
