My final name change, since I'm also trying to...
Spaceman Spiff replied to a topic in Site Feedback
You're legally changing your name to "Plushy Al Logan"? -
All this Scrappy love has me fearing for the future of America.

You're no Dutha Rose.

No, you charge the whole 5-run difference to the fan, because the fly to Sosa that scored the leading run would have been the third out. But whose to say Alou even catches the ball? I don't think he would of got that ball. Plus it was in fan terrority,he can grab if he wants. The fan is the scapegoat. Let the fan alone!! Hey I wanted the Cubs to win,but I'm not gonna blame that fan. Cubs can win tommorrow. That was a very catchable ball. I don't think Alou would have had any problems there. As for the fan's "rights", technically he can go for the ball since it is in foul territory. But it was *barely* in the stands, plus you shouldn't interfere w/ your own team like that.

Yeah, that game sucked.

Wasn't Matt LeBlanc in that?

After seeing replays of Pedro/Zim *numerous* times, here's what I saw: --Pedro said something to Zim as Zim was sprinting up to him --Pedro didn't look like he was going to do anything until Zim started to raise his hands --Pedro reacted to block Zim's hands, as well as shove Zim away To me, if Zim didn't start to get his hands up, I doubt Pedro would have even put his hands on him. At the last moment, Zim made a move to hit Pedro (IMO), causing Pedro to react at the last minute.

CORN DOGS.... just cause I have never eaten one.... I will live my dream through you. What's even better are the ones where the breading is made of pancake batter and it's a sausage instead of a hot dog weenie. Pigs in a blanket on a stick? Interesting...

how so? He was provoked by Steiner and Stacy in his eyes so he didn;t break any rules... In his eyes--like that matters? He wasn't physically provoked by Stacy. Didn't Stacy give the can back to Austin and hitting his chest? That's provoking from Austin's view point... I...................don't know. I don't remember Stacy touching Austin in any way. Someone else is going to have to confirm.

WWE Management high on Orton, Maven
Spaceman Spiff replied to Spaceman Spiff's topic in The WWE Folder
Coinsidering how they've handled Goldberg since day 1, there's no guarantee this'll happen. -
From 1wrestling, via 411.com: Management isn't blaming the owner's son? Color me shocked. Of course, that could be entirely true, but I just found that interesting.

Any other matches announced?

Oh, here's another one: "mic" is short for "microphone", not "mike". "Mike" is short for "Michael".

Did you take your sister to the prom?
Spaceman Spiff replied to Youth N Asia's topic in No Holds Barred
I don't have a sister. I believe you're thinking about my mother. -
You're just being modest. I've seen you w/ makeup. Rowr.

And yet you have *Kane* on your list. Because Kane is being used. When was the last time Matt Hardy had a legitimate pay-per-view match? Backlash? I never said Kane was any better than Matt Hardy, that's ludicrous. But Kane is given failed push after failed push yet the fans still seem to care. Without Jeff, Matt is doomed to matches with no heat, saved only by a comedy gimmick that appeases the smarks (something that apparently is very tough to accomplish). The idea of this post was to decide the best 10 workers to build your company around. If you're a clueless mark, are you going to be buying a Kane t-shirt or a Matt Hardy t-shirt? Would you like to see a 3-legged debacle between Matt Hardy and Zach Gowen or a bumpfest between Kane and Shane McMahon? No, I'm not asking for your biased smark opinion. If you're that fat hoosier in the Brock Lesnar t-shirt, what would YOU want to see? So, it's a good idea to build around Kane when every push has failed, but not Hardy who hasn't been given a chance but has a lot of potential? The fans care for Rikishi, so why not put him on the list? And Hardy gets not heat? I guess I imagined all the fans flashing "V1" hand signs, as well as the heel *and* face reactions he's received. Or the big rating his ME Smackdown match w/ Rey pulled. Bottom line is, they've gotten pretty much everything they can get out of Kane. With Matt Hardy, there's a lot more potential that has been left untapped.
