That's what I thought it was, too. Apparently, it's actually Rosie/Saddam Hussein.

I loved Benjie Molina's reaction on Howard's HR. I've gotta think that pitcher didn't appreciate it, though.

Y'know, it goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: Ivan & Nikita Koloff have been sooooooo awesome on these NWA shows, especially during the interview spots. I've got to find a way to work in "my nephew Nikita" (in a gravelly voice) into my everyday lexicon.

Holy crap, Edge got boring in a hurry.

Looks like KeNitro is going to be a actual tag team: http://www.wwe.com/shows/raw/articles/3960574/dykstrafoxy -
How easy is it to play lefty? I've read where previous games allow you to "flip" to lefty - have any lefties here done that? How'd it work for you?

Holy crap, check out One Man Gang in the CWF episode. Long hair, long, shaggy beard, southern accent. And Bill Alphonso reffing, daddy!

So, I hear John Cena & Ron Killings supposedly had a stare-down in an airport.

I always preferred Kidman's back-arched style SSP to the tuck-and-release version. It just looks more impressive. Too bad it's not as controllable.

One and Only Star Wars Geekiness Thread

I never saw the cartoons, so I'm good to go. -
The concussion was from the DDT Orton used when he dragged RVD back into the ring, as well as a punch & kick to the face, not from the RKO.

I watched that clip at work w/ the sound off, but I'm so down for watching that. Anyone know when it is supposed to start running, and what channel it'd be on? -

That's great.

So, I guess Michelle McCool is the new girl of the moment?

Because his brother was fighting over in Iraq, and it was briefly mentioned on air during Raw. I guess they wanted to try get some main stream publicity out of it, except Chuck's never been on TV during the 1.5 years he's been back. And no dissing Chuck. You're on notice

Rey going to Raw would be a pretty bad idea. Rey is 1 of the company's biggest draws, esp. among kids & the Hispanic demographic, so moving him to Raw (which already has Cena, who already has the kids locked up), seems like a redundant idea. Not to mention he'd be slotted no higher than 4th in the pecking order, behind Cena/HHH/HBK. What's the point? You'd just be devaluing 1 of your top draws, and for what? Leave him on SD. Who else, outside maybe Taker, is going to draw for the brand? Move Rey off the show, and they'd just be removing their biggest demographic that watches it.

Yeah, I've done that. They don't need to be right down the lines, though. I've hit them out over right & left fields without them huggng the line.

A KeNitro team would be fun, but I don't see it being a lasting pairing. Nitro's a guy who should get pushed, as he's got "the look" & is pretty competent in the ring. Cutting promos is probably his weakest point, but they let Orton cut promos, so I don't see why that should hold him back.
-
Going back to the "Rey's prime was in WCW", I'd say he's better all-around now, plus more of a draw, than he ever was in WCW. Cena's the #1 guy in the company, but I'd put Rey #2.

They need to start pushing Johnny Nitro.
