    I still can't believe the way they treated JBL. A loyal soldier getting humiliated in the industry's biggest event.

     

     

    1. They were running low on time for the Event.

    2. JBL was pretty banged up and injured. I do not think he could have taken too many bumps and I believe it was stated that he was fine with the way things went. He just wanted his last match to be at WrestleMania and in his homestate of Texas.

    Plus, JBL has stated that Rey is a close friend of his, so I don't think he minded.

    Damn that Santina stuff was disturbing. Thank god nobody knows I watch this stuff.

    The crowd laughing and everyone enjoying it but you says that you couldn't be more wrong about this.

    No, Santino is terrible, regardless of what gender he's portraying.

     

    This might sound silly but why is Vickie making all of these pro Orton stips? Besides the typical "Oh, she's a heel GM" crap. On SD she was mostly impartial on non Edge/La Familia matters, so why does she care about HHH or Orton?

    HHH made fun of Vickie a bunch of times during his feud w/ Edge. Now's her chance to get some revenge.

    Well, what more could he accomplish in WWE? He gets to spend time with his wife and kids now and he will make a TON on the indy circuit. I bet every promoter is trying to contact him for various ECW revival events. I'd expect ROH to give him a call too.

    To do what? The only thing he could do would be to make appearances, sign autographs, etc. He isn't going to wrestle.

    This is done in April. I'm going to try the route we use in the wrestling folders.

    This thread is fine. It's not like wrestling where it completely took over the folder to the point that it hampered discussion.

    Why is this thread done??

    Getting rid of this thread is a horrible idea. I, for one don't want to see random threads with only 3 posts clogging up the forum. Which is exactly what will happen if this folder is killed.

    Pretty sure Venk meant "Comments That Don't Warrant: April" starts up in April, shuts down 5/1, at which the May "Comments..." thread starts up, and so on.

    I also found it pretty funny that 1 episode after Sawyer told Jack how he's a better leader, and has got things under control, he ended up running to Jack to help figure out the Sayid situation (only to get side tracked by Kate).

    I can't stand the guy, but I don't think you can say Batista "fizzled out". The guy is still over & a draw for the company, he just gets injured a lot.

     

    but no one is going to take a cruiserweight seriously as a world champion (Sorry, Rey.)

    As pointed out, it's not Rey's fault he was booked like complete shit as champ. Let's not forget the guy was crazy over & shown to be a draw before he got the belt, and not just because of the Eddie sympathy.

     

    Their best hope is giving MVP, Christian or Shelton the MITB win and letting them run with it for awhile before cashing in. Heck, build up one of the guys all year and have them win the Rumble too so they can use both title shots at WM 26.

    Shelton can't talk, so no way he gets elevated to ME status. He's about as high as he'll go on the card right now. They had no faith in Christian before he left for TNA, what makes you think they've changed their minds now? The only one out of those 3 that has any shot of winning MITB would be MVP, and I still can't see him winning it right now. I don't think they are ready to make him a ME'er yet.

    The difference is on the mic. Cena just cuts the lamest promos, full of bad poop jokes, over the top delivery, and generally coming off like a Rock wannabe.

    I'm not saying Rock wasn't great on the mic, but he had his share of really lame bits ("strudel", "pancakes", "who in the blue hell" are just 3 off the top of my head). People popped for them, sure, but let's not pretend these were any better than some of the stuff they make Cena say.
