I don't know if you guys get any form of Edge magazine in the UK, but I find that they write very good game reviews. Even if you don't agree with them, they at least devote a page normally to each review and give you an idea of why the review liked/disliked the game. They also don't seem to shy away from giving controversial review scores. A couple of examples: Gran Turismo - 7/10 Final Fantasy X - 6/10 In their ten year history, they've only given out 4 perfect scores. They released an Australian version of the magazine but they gave out three 10/10 scores in one month so the UK branch shut them down after 3 issues.

I was at the autograph signing and got my photo taken with Benoit which was sweet. I thought the actual show was pretty goddamned awful. I mean, the card was pretty lacklustre (Chris Masters vs Hurricane, Val Venis vs Christian etc) but I thought Triple H really dogged it in the main event too. And when was the last time there was a match with Benoit where we had no german suplexes, flying headbutts or crossfaces? Benoit and Flair did their usual chop, chop, backdrop, Flair flop routine. My match of the night was also Jericho/Hassan. Hassan was awesome. Some dude behind me was yelling out and calling him a "thieving Arab".

Then they found in her in the trunk of a car outside the Shrine of Remembrance (just a couple of blocks down from the Missing Persons department!). Then it turned out they were both bigtime swingers. Well I'm assuming some games can have the normal diamond formation for the buttons whereas others could have the 6 button Genesis layout etc. and since the buttons are only displayed on the screen and wouldn't actually stick out, you couldn't just 'feel' your way around the control pad.

I can't see this working though for the reason that it would be too damned hard to remember the button configuration for different games and you'd keep having to look at your controller. Still, only Nintendo would be ballsy enough to do something like this.

Ideally, if they put better planning towards their matches in the single brand PPVs instead of having 1 headline match and the rest thrown together a week before the PPV then it wouldn't be so much of a problem. I wouldn't mind seeing RAW vs Smackdown Survivor Series matches though but the difficulty is in how to promote them. If you have RAW and Smackdown guys constantly appearing on each others shows then why even the brand split?

He's getting a 2 disc DVD later this year right? Man, I hope one of the discs is just a stream of his promos clipped together, back to back. That would be awesome.
