I didn't feel like having to wait that long, so I just took it back to the store the day after and they gave me a new one. To me, it was better than dealing with Microsoft's customer support, which I've heard some horror stories about.

When I was in high school (97-01) it was somewhat popular. You'd see the occasional nWo, DX, Austin, etc shirts popping up every now and then. There was even some dude that brought wrestling figures to school one time too.

I dunno but after managing to score my 1 disc copy from Best Buy today for $10 (Reward Certificate for $5 which brought it from $15) I'm not even gonna argue about it. I never even bother with the extras for some reason.

So my 360 finally red-ringed today as I went to turn it on, so I'll be without mine for a while. How long is the whole process going to take if I call Microsoft? Also, it was purchased at Best Buy last year along with a 2 year product replacement plan, would Best Buy replace this or would I still have to go through Microsoft?
