No problem, Matt. I understand. I wouldn't blame you for dropping from this, if this persists. I'm hoping I don't run into this problem when I play my first game. In fact, since I've had this game (Tuesday) I have only had it freeze once.

I think the best thing, would be for our Online Dynasty commissioner to back up the online dynasty file just in case something like this were to occur with our TSM Dynasty. Speaking of dynasty, have you guys seen any big upsets in yours? In my offline Fresno State dynasty, North Texas defeated LSU 34-31. North Texas scored 21 in the 4th to come from behind and win. Crazy.

I realize that, it's just that it's pretty uncommon to hear about someone taking a mid-major team like that and making it to the finals of an NCAA Football tournament. Boise State is one thing, but Central Michigan? That's different. Yeah, that is a pretty good grand prize, too. I like his choice of game. NGII is pretty fun.

Am I the only one who feels that, aside from lack of pass rush, this game doesn't seem to be nearly as bad as some people are making it out to be? I'm having some fun with it.

I haven't tried the Campus Legend yet. However, I did have some issues with not being awarded achievements on 08 when I had it a month or so ago. I won 2 national championships, won the heisman, (on Campus Legend mind you) and never got the achievements for those.

I have Xbox Live Gold. And btw, great news on the roster front for the dynasty. From OMT (Adam Thompson) the NCAA Football 09 lead designer who posted this at OperationSports: Thank god they fixed this. EDIT - Had to bold the most important part of this. A 2nd patch will be in the works and on the way after this one is released.

Something isn't right. When I go to Online Dynasty and the EA Locker to download or start new, I get this message popping up An Xbox LIVE Membership limitation does not allow you to use this feature. Has anybody else encountered this?

The only way we're gonna get working rosters is after the patch is released, and it's release is unknown. That said, anybody up for some online play later on?

They aren't ignoring this situation. According to posts from OMT (NCAA Football dev) they're working on a patch for this. So, there is at least some hope for a solution, especially for the defense.

Yeah it happens. I usually hope their incompetent and I can skate around them. I almost beat a pair of players but lost 3-2. I just beat a pair 4-3 and took 30 less shots than they did, because they just had to send me a message about it afterwards too. I shot 30 less on goal than they did, and even led by 2 at one point. If you want to play sometime, hit me up. I run with the San Jose Sharks.

Rosters can be downloaded from the EA Locker, so you shouldn't have too much of a problem with transferring. Plus, the online dynasty can use named rosters.

EARosters sounds like a lawsuit in the making. And isn't this the same DT Linder that supposedly steals people's rosters?

While playing NHL 2K8 online over the last day or so, I've encountered two people who have brought in "guests" under their profile and thus I wound up in a 2 on 1 handicap game, if you will. I never knew this sort of thing was possible or even allowed on sports games on XBL.

I was in this a few years back and would like to re-join. If there are any openings, could I re-join as Fresno State?

There is always renting it. To me, it's usually the best way of determining if I want to purchase said game later on down the line. Also, EA is said to be holding a press conference tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM PST/6 PM EST. Should be interesting to see what goes down now with NCAA Football 09's official release being a day away and issues being reported all over the place by people who got the game early.

What was their original fee and what exactly do they offer as an Insider subscriber?
