Updating to add NHL 2K8 and remove Madden 08 from my list of games. I picked up NHL 2K8 today at Best Buy for $12 after a 60% clearance markdown.

Madden, NFL Head Coach, and NCAA Football 2009

The EA developers are taking feedback at OperationSports on the NCAA Football board. Hopefully this will get patched up pretty quickly here. This went from automatic Tuesday purchase to borderline. I've been buying this series since NCAA Football 2005. So, here's hoping.. I've also heard the Online Dynasty has issues with crashing and freezing as well, so this won't bode so well for those of us who are trying to get an online dynasty going here. -

This is also a widespread thing throughout the internet on various forums that I've read, so this isn't an isolated incident. I'm probably just gonna proceed with caution when picking this up. There are also reports of freezes and crashes from people who got the game early. -

It's not even NCAA Football release day and already there are being bugs and glitches reported, check this out... -
Lisa The Greek was another good episode. As were Marge vs. The Monorail and Bart vs. Australia.

I'll do it. Put me down for Fresno State. I was gonna go with UCLA, but using Fresno State sounds like it could be a fun challenge getting them into the BCS. -
You should check out Batman Begins before seeing this movie. It was a pretty good theatrical experience back then and even on DVD the movie itself, it still holds up pretty well 3 years later, IMO. Speaking of which, I might have to catch this one more time before I go see The Dark Knight.

He should. It's his time now. Brett made the decision to retire, so now it's time for them to move on and let Rodgers play. Somehow, I can see the Packers bringing him back. It wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Sonics fans got robbed big time here. What are the odds of another team even going to Seattle after all of this?

Thanks man, much appreciated. Also, for anybody interested, GameStop is gonna have an in-store Madden tournament starting on or before July 19th. http://www.gamestop.com/gs/tournaments/maddennfl09/ -

From what I understood, the non-conference schedule is the only part of your schedule that you can edit, which is fine with me. I really don't mind that. If a commissioner decided to drop from an online dynasty (NCAA Football) can he/she give control to someone else? Also, I guess it turns out they're gonna release Madden 09 for the original Xbox, which is really surprising. -
It's design looks kinda odd, I can't quite put my finger on what it looks like exactly. I also never knew that Sega was going to release the "Sega Neptune" either.
-
I never knew they made those.

I am definitely in. I'll probably take UCLA, although that may change. I'll get back to you on it. -
That doesn't sound very appealing. I'd rather wait for Fight Night Round 4.
-
They do. I never really understood why they felt the need to start trying to pressure people into reserving games just to make a few extra bucks.

Madden sounds very promising and sounds like it'll be a thousand times better than the turnover fest that 08 was. -
I'm happy that Ray Allen finally got his ring. Congrats to the Celtics.

Nothing at all. I would have figured they'd have something, but alas, no dice. I thought this was a pretty good movie, btw, definitely worth seeing.

Sadly, those wont last long. I knew of two other guys who were doing that on YouTube, and their shit was deleted pretty quickly.
-
Ditto. I wish that match hadn't been taken off of YouTube.

I would think so, because of this. He probably wanted to keep it all tight-lipped and swept under the rug, and judging by his actions regarding this whole thing, it really seems like it. This whole thing is without question David Stern's worst nightmare and fear come to life. I have a feeling that there's more to this whole story.

Rented Ninja Gaiden II last night and I am enjoying it so far. The only real complaint is the camera and that's really about it.

The GTAs were mentioned earlier, but I'd suggest them if you like the series. They're cheap and relatively easy to find in stores. Also, both Syphon Filters (Dark Mirror & Logan's Shadow) Same as above regarding price. If you're into puzzle games, I'd suggest both Lumines titles as well.
