Yeah, i understand that. I assume that by bringing in americans, they can get more ppl in, and then their popularity grows so they go to bigger venues etc. Seems like a good action plan, its just when ever anything like this happens it seems that the long term fans (which im not pretending to be - im new to FWA) kind of loose out. You cant stay stuck in the past though and im sure that the long term fans will appreciate the americans aswell.

Did you ever get Japanese TV with your old sky connection? Im wondering if you need a bigger dish for it? By the way, where did you get that pic from, pretty sweet!

Ive never watched lucha before, and ive got a question as well. How do you define Lucha? Sure its a wrestling style, but how would you define it as being different from other styles? Just wondering.

has anyone tried retuning their sky (digital or analouge) dishes to pick up foreign channels? Ive heard you can do it with the listings in the back of Satellite TV magazines. Perhaps you could pick up a foreign channel carrying wrestling? ChUnK!

I wanted to go, but its too soon after uprising. I couldnt persuade my lift to London to drive all the way up there again. Its a shame as i was impressed by Uprising and would liked to have gone. Are there any more FWA shows this year (big ones, not trainee ones). Do you know how much tickets will go up to? ChUnK!

In the UK, Silvervision will no longer be selling WWF tapes (i.e. the old ones before the WWE era). Guys in the UK will be aware of this! However, does this apply for the USA? Will you still be able to buy old wwf tapes in the usa? If so then there is still a chance that ppl in the uk coud buy them over the net. Anyone know?

Im heading to Houston Tx, next year for two weeks holiday in April. I have a limited knowledge of American Indy's and the geography of America. I was wondering what promotions there are in Houston and what the chances of getting to a show while im out there would be. Can anyone help?

Sorry to start a whole thread for this, but i dont know of a better way to get an answer. When were the first survivor series, royal rumble, king of the ring and summer slam events? Ive got a rough idea for each, but i want to be certain im right. cheers, ChUnK!

Weve heard about a possible ECW break away show, that would be taped and would include just the ECW stars under the ECW name. We'll instead of that, how awesome would a cruiser weight show be? They could give the show another name, and air it in additin to Smackdown and Raw. They could use a smaller ring with tighter ropes, and showcase just the crusier weight talent. The Cruiser title would be at the top of the show, and everyone would compete for it. I realise that this would decrease the size of the smackdown roster, but would that really make a difference. The crusiers are not used properlly at all on smackdown, and the cruiser title is, at current, nearly meaningless. I think this would be popular amoung your "mark" fan aswell. Although they wouldnt be used to the style, the high spots and quick action would surely be popular. Just think about it, the likes of: Mysterio, Noble, Kidman, Chavo, Crash, Funaki, Shannon Moore, Tajiri, Credible, Hurricane, Guido and even Jeff Hardy all competeing against each other in a crusier ring on a seperate 1 hour show. It would be awesome! Or is it just me? ChUnK!

If they rested him for a lengthy spell, then hyped his return, i think they could get him over as a monster again. Look at Kane, just before he came back, he could have been put over as a monster again. Instead they made him do the Kane-rooni, but thats a different story. If Show cam back in better shape and a meaner attitude, i think he could get over as a monster again. They could feed some legends to him like they did for Brock! Step right up RIC! ChUnK!

I dont think you can get australian TV in the UK. At least not without a satellite dish the size of Belgium! LOL :-) ChUnK!

I wish this kind of thing happened in the UK. They come over here so infrequently that getting tickets is a joke. The shows sell out in minutes! ChUnK!

What weeks are those matches from? Ive only seen weeks 1 and 2, but the week two main event was sooooooooo good, i just gotta see more! ChUnK. p.s. SP=> Look at getting some tapes if you cant get to the show, or buy it on PPV. Its well worth it, and that way you can select what you want. Just a thought. cheers ChUnK!
