I don't think we need to worry about N. Korea as much as you may think, they do seem to be trying to normalise relations with their neighbours. I think they realize that after 9/11 they are not going to be able to get away with a lot of stuff they did before, so there best bet is to try and make peace with the rest of the international community. I would hope that this issue will be resolved diplomatically, and I believe it will be.
