It's not HBK hate. I just think it would have been better to end with Jericho picking #2. Less is more. They've already been building up HBK/Jericho before that. HBK has already superkicked Jericho. Having Jericho look strong right before the Rumble would be more exciting.

RAW really seemed like a chore to watch tonight. Aside from seeing Shane and Raven on RAW nothing else seemed good. There was no reason to have HBK run in at the end. They could have faded to black after Jericho picked #2. You mention JR building up the whole HBK winning from #1 thing, but JR botched that whole thing by forgetting that HBK lost the WrestleMania match that year.
