Marriage is between a man and woman. You're changing it to 2 people to accomodate a group. What would stop a group of threesomes from comaplaining that THEIR equal rights are being violated in a similar way. Then you'd need to change the law again because of the PRECEDENT you've set with gay marriage, and around and around we go where we stop nobody knows... -
Pull our troops out and then bomb them into Kingdom Come? Wait, I guess we don't want to be WAR MONGERING NAZI AMERICA~! LOLBELOVEDLEADER2004.

Attitudes like this are NOT helping. Since all Halliburton discussions in this forum have been eschewed with this running gag actual allegations of fraud have appeared. There is more reason to be skeptical of Halliburton than there was back when we first started saying "LOL CHENEY HAS CONNECTIONS" Because I don't believe any dealings that MAY have occured before he became Vice President have any bearing on today and am mocking when people try to use it to say our government is corrupt.

So, do you guys have like clothes and houses and stuff, or do you live in igloos?

It's just plain sad to read that. There's no hope for countries like these or in the middle east because their leaders brainwash them and blame all of their self imposed problems on America. Teaching the children that America is run by "Nazis" is so incredibly offensive and ironic lunacy considering the actual death camps that are happening in N. Korea it really makes my blood boil.

I don't talk about Canada or any other country's business unless I've actually learned a little something about an issue! Of course he can give his opinions but the fact that he continues to mock and discredit our country and government without even bothering to KNOW WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT, is unacceptable. If I was going to insult something Canada did I would give Canadiens at least the decency of, you know, knowing the important issues involved...

Again, the problem is, if you allow gays to marry under equal rights, it allows Polygomy and god knows what else under the same umbrella. If 2 men in a loving relationship can get married, why can't 3? Why not 4? And before you know it, one of the world's oldest institutions is nothing but a joke, then again I'm sure Utah will be happy rimshot. Many people would support civil unions (even the president would if these judges would knock it off and stop diverting his attention towards constitutional amedments). But, as cruel as it might sound, a marriage has and always will be for a man and a woman. I'm sorry, you're gay, you can still have all the same rights (power of attorney, etc.) and civil unions would extend to tax benefits as well. Hell, you could have your own private ceremony and call it what you will but a marriage needs to stay the way it always has. -
IT WAS ME AMERICA! IT WAS ME ALL ALONG! JR: Son of a bitch...

He's already demonstrated he doesn't know much about the US, its history, culture or laws but continues to project his hateful, ignorant opinions into our affairs regardless. I don't know where he's from (somewhere in Europe) but I won't guess because I don't want to give all his countrimen a bad name.

Mike, please, it's not like Israel was attacked by 7 surrounding Arab countries, defeated them all, won land from them and then RETURNED MOST OF THE LAND as a simple gesture of peace and goodwill only to have the surrounding countries banish their own citizens from ever returning to the land in order to manipulate those people into fighting and killing Israeli citizens in a politically motivated vendetta to destroy Israel and its Jewish people, now. Oh, wait...that IS what happened...
-
You don't have a say either way, thank God.

Why don't you read some history before making ignorant assertions: http://www.us-israel.org/jsource/myths/mftoc.html

Wow, that's an interesting take on things. What did those Muslims ever do to us anyway? So, if people left them alone, the Muslim countries would be peace-loving? Wow, that seems to violate, well, the experiences of anybody near one. -=Mike You do realize I was being sarcastic, right? Oh and so I take it this guy's thing when he doesn't have an answer is to go "wow." and then make a winkie smilie, right?

Hey, he's better than Brook Fordyce!

I've always wanted this show, its extremely rare to find though because of the limited production. I've heard the Shamrock/Vader match was a partial MMA shoot and that Shamrock beat Vader bloody. Is there some truth to this?

Irod is clearly playing for a team he doesn't want to be with, his motivation is probably nonexistant beside cashing his paychecks. Javy on the other hand is legitemly excited to be with the O's and be a part of a team thats trying to rebuild its competitiveness. As for Javy's "fluke" season, it might not be as much of a fluke as people like to think. He was injured for much of the previous 2 seasons and had a self admitted weight problem and was going through an obviously draining divorce with his wife. All these things made for a downright bad 2002. With his personal issues behind him, his injuries healed and a new strict diet and training regiment (there was a great article in the Baltimore Sun where Javy describes the grueling training and dieting he put himself through after 2002 to redeem himself) he had a career year. Really age would be the only factor in his way (and Irod is only a year younger).

It'd be alot more fun without the wimpy ass rules. So would football...

This would go over well in the CE folder too!

Good catchers list, but may I reccomend switching Rodriguez with Lopez? One is locked into a cushy 4 year contract in a vortex for hitters park with the worst team in baseball just because they offered him the most money, while the other is with a renergized team on the rise, with a goal of winning in a notoriously nice hitters park (oh, and coming off the single most impressive offensive year for a catcher in history). But, yeah, minor quibble!

MLB: ORIOLES! NBA: Wizards ( ) NFL: Ravens, but mostly to annoy everyone else I know who is obsessed with the Redskins. I'm not a big football fan anyway. College: University Of Delaware Blue Hens Football (the NCAA-IAA National Champs!!!), Basketball and probably Baseball too (gotta root for my school!)
