The Gauntlet has been laid down: http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...ST&f=29&t=63784

Go for it. I was torn between the two and I just went with CE because I was already in it Um...yeah...I'll...uhh...get right to it...yes...

Sorry Czech, but I think the Fluff Fairy has come to take this thread away to General Chat or something...

That was utterly incomprehensible.

If it was in HD and didn't include gay bashing, you most likely very well could. But no one seems to be able to criticize me without going on a homophobic rant. Who knows -- perhaps you could be the first. FAG..OLI pasta is absolutely delicious. Try it with some blush sauce for a delicious meal. Please don't ban me.

"I wanna thank my Lord and Savior, AMikeSC. I'd also like to thank my producer, MrRant and Slapnuts!, your vision is love! *ruffles papers* I don't wanna forget anyone. I didn't even have a speech prepared. I'd like to thank Vyce for his wisdom, Downhome for believing in me when no one else did and you, the people for making this dream a reality. Thank you all!" Don't forget to thank Barron's hat.

Don't piss and moan at me, but I don't find those picture stories that funny. However, they seem to be popular here so I just keep my mouth shut and let you crazy kids do your thing. Damn straight... It's time for...HISTORY OF THE WORLD...WITH YOUR HOST.... INXS! Hello there, I'm INXS, and I'm here to take you on a journey through history. Let's start back in 1964, the year World War II started... "US troops marched through the streets of Germany to start an unjust war with the German people, because of the massive oil reserves found in Germany's capital of Beirut. The US "president" at the time, George HW Bush, father of currect US dictator and world terrorist, George W. Bush, claimed they were attacking because Adolph Hitler was a "threat" to America and was abusing his own people." Now, while no one denies Hitler was a bad man, it seems his reputation was greatly skewed by the American administration looking to use him to justify their agressive, imperialistic ventures. "As demonstrated in this footage, Hitler was actually beloved by the German people, and was a strong advocate for women's rights. He was democratically elected and the US had no right to tell the German people who should be their leader." As if that wasn't awful enough, the Americans decided they should persecute the Japanese people as well, and for no good justifiable reason and in clear violation of the Geneva Convention (established apprx. 200 years prior to this unjust war), kidnapped thousands of innocent Japanese, stuck them in concentration camps where it was estimated by the UN (an organization at the time that voted against the American war in Germany as illegal), that over 5 million Japanese were murdered in these death camps. Well, that's all the time we have this episode. Join me next time as we'll explore how the US attempted to take over Southeast Asia and stole Arab land to give to greedy land grabbing Jews. For my posse of horny gay friends, I'm INXS saying "toodlepip!"

Perhaps you should look at your own one sided posts in that folder.... For you to accuse me of being one-sided, considering the last few posts I've made criticizing the recent comments toward Condi Rice and criticizing Kerry for his comments that Osama cost him the election, is ridiculous. Perhaps one day, you'll criticize Bush, but I won't be holding my breath for it to happen. I will back up Loss in that I find him to be truly independent in his ideology and is actually one of the more receptive posters to counter arguments. He's become much more mild and open minded in his views since he started posting "OMG EVERYONE WHO LIKES BUSH IS A HOMOPHOBE~!!!!11" and for that he gets the CE Folder Most Improved Formally Insane Liberal Award: Tyler gets the silver. And no I don't have any authority to give these out...

I'd fully endorse banning INXS. He's proved himself time and time again to be nothing more than an ignorant, abrasive troll that bogs downs otherwise good discussion and is absolutely impervious to reason or counter arguments. As Slayer pointed out, everyone pretty much assumed he was hunger4unger anyway and then posting the same boobies avatar again and acting oblivious when everyone called him on it was just confirmed it. As per the conditions of the bet he made with me, he has to keep the Bush avatar until New Year's, but hell if he's banned before that I won't mind and I'll consider it an early Christmas present...

Clinton's library was NOT publicly funded. It was funded entirely on private donations. Great point, I forgot about that. Well actually I believe how it works is it's privately funded to be built, but then after a certain time period it becomes publicly funded to be maintained. Is that correct? Anyway, our favorite commentators on America's fair and balanced network were actually speculating about how Mark Rich likely funded the thing, which is why Clinton gave him the pardon in his final act as President and that an investigation should be launched...

So will Kerry grow a beard, get fat and start screaming at public appearances?
-
I would imagine for the same reason Museums are, for the public good and historical significance and all that...

I don't think that's Kosher! Heh, I find it funny that I started posting from this site I found since it makes the counterarguments better than I can, and all of a sudden Im like the defender of Jews or something. Maybe I should change my sn to Moses?

I don't have the time/patience anymore to watch VH1 since it became a bizzare conglomeration of MTV and E! Can someone post the list?
-
I see no reason for this not to be the greatest thing ever. I mean Dave Thomas is in it, what more can you want?

No freakin way we take on that contract at his age and with his injuries...

Um, i think Troy Percival should be removed from any lists posted from here on since it doesn't take much predictive ability to name the team he just signed with! Anyway, I'm really curious, as a die hard Orioles fan who follows the rumors in the papers and the message boards every day, where are all of you getting Odalis Perez to Baltimore from? Is it just one guy predicted it and the rest of you didn't really know where he'd sign so just assumed Baltimore too? We are likely looking for a starting pitcher, the ones I've heard will be the biggest targets are Carl Pavano, Derek Lowe and Erik Milton with Brad Radke and Matt Clement also getting some mention. I haven't heard Perez mentioned at all I don't think.

I thought it was someone from an Asian country. You are correct.

I listen to Savage because he's outrageously over the top. Listining to a straight news commentary show is boring. I of course don't agree with most of what he says but I'll be damned if his fits don't make me laugh. Rush I don't find to be that bad. He simply says what most conservatives believe. I don't know where that quote you sited came from, if its true it was a lapse in judgement. You'd think more of a media story would have been made over it...

In all seriousnous where is President Ford? Is he sick? because I never see him at these events where all the X-presidents are. Bush Jr.: What's that smell? Bush Sr. : I think Carter just cut one! Carter: Ah guess we found that weapon of mass destruction! Ykuk Ykuk Ykuk! Clinton (looking ahead and thinking): "man, Barbra Bush is one fine woman..." Ok, I've got nothing.

I heard on one of our favorite laugh inducing topical to the year television news outlets, the discussion about Clinton possibly vying for the new Secretary General spot. It would be quite interesting. The debate was whether we should have to send one of our former Presidents in to clean up the intl community's mess. I might be warm to the idea. It would mean a friendly name at the top to the US , and as evidenced by their interactions at the White House paintings unveilings and the Clinton library opening, Clinton and President Bush seem to get along suprisingly well too. Plus Clinton will put Israel and peace on the agenda being that he still feels like his hoped for legacy in that area is unfinished. I doubt it happens though, they'll probably name whoever the leader of Sudan is or something equally ridiculous...

Whether or not his an 'insurgent' or a 'terrorist' doesn't dull the fact that he was fighting as an illegal combatant from a place that is supposed to be effectively safe from any sort of combat. He completely deserved what he got. The 'freedom fighters' of this country have shown how much they truly love it by car bombing their own people, trying to deny them a new democratic government, desecrating their holy places by turning them into bunkers and weapons caches. Wow, something to be admired there, eh? Just like the American Revolution, right!?

Don't you get it, Republicans only give minorities subserviant roles in their government (you know like the highest level cabinet positions and top advisor jobs), while Democrats simply don't give them any positions because they know they can't handle it or something but they're the only ones who can protect minorities and make sure one day they too can reach the same success! Yeah, I can't figure it out either. EDIT: Oh, and Bush doesn't NEED to point anything out. Most Republicans don't treat people like trophies, they judge them on their competence and character not their race. Bush isn't trying to make himself feel good here unlike the other party.
