  1. I don't know why, but I liked Lord Alfred at WrestleMania 2. I mark for the way he said AVALANCHE
  2. OK...these are just some random questions that have never really been answered in WWF/E. Starting with a question I thought of while watching Mania X-Seven. ...how come no one has had the though in a TLC match to just stack tables like a staircase to grab the belts insted of using a ladder?
  3. Candace Michelle, according to the Auction page.
  4. Here's one from me... Chyna when she was wrestling men for male titles. ...I may have been sick in the head then, but back then I would have liked to have seen her as WWF Champion.
  5. Well...if you want to go with WWP... As a serious name, World Wrestling Productions could work...maybe.
  6. Guess you're not counting Orton's short-lived Smackdown run and his pre RNN face run on Raw?
  7. For me, I could see him to a minor extent as a face. IIRC, he was a face when he first came to WWE.
  8. Just an easy thread. Who are some people that you thought would never make the transition from Face to heel and vice versa when you first saw them? For me...it was Steven/William Regal. He just seemed to carry that aura about him that didn't say "Face"...and yet now he's pretty much a face even though he's not seen much.
  9. It would be cool, if they did embrace the fact that she's a whore, on TV. She should come out with a different guy every night. Some nights she should appear to be drunk. And she can randomly turn on the guy she comes out with. Like during a match between Kane and Christian, she can low-blow Kane, and be like "Meh, Christian bought me dinner, earlier today. Hey look, is that Randy Orton?" Isn't that basically the character that all of the faces are acusing Trish of being though?
  10. B. To keep the illusion up that they weren't in cahoots, so to further suspicion from themselves. Or cause he wanted a world title shot. That too.
  11. A. To draw attention away from that fact, making it seem like he wouldn't be someone who'd do something like that. B. To keep the illusion up that they weren't in cahoots, so to further suspicion from themselves.
  12. Yeah, he was. But that would have been an interesting storyline, wouldn't you say? Would also explain, like I said, why Taker tried to marry Stephanie.
  13. OK...I thought this might have made an interesting topic: There have been some things in wrestling that have been unexplained...stories or actions that didn't make sense at all. So, here on General Wrestling for TSM, I'm going to start this thread for some of us to try to make Kayfabe explainations for these things. I'll start with two: Why Undertaker Wanted Stephanie This was back in 1999. If Vince were the higher power, why would Undertaker go after Stephanie? It would torment his higher power, wouldn't it? My explaination, in Kayfabe terms: The Undertaker had a vision...via a dream or something...of the McMahon-Helmsley era that was about to come up. He knew things would get dark for the WWF (which it was at the time) if this era were to come about, and the best way to deal with it was to keep Stephanie from marrying Triple H. So, he devised a plan...he would stalk Stephanie...hunt her down. Then, by marrying her in a darkside wedding, he would keep the McMahon-Helmsley era from happening. However, due to the fact that no one else would believe him, and they thought Stephanie was innocent...they stopped it, and sealed the future. How Could Shane McMahon Stand Toe-To-Toe With Kane Here's an easy one, IMO, to explain. Kane, as a regular wrestler, had to go in night in and night out, competing, getting hurt possibly. His body sore, possibly racked with pain. Thus, while he's strong, he's still got the pain. Shane, on the other hand, hadn't had a match since Survivor Series 01. He was well rested...his body had time to heal up, and no nagging injuries or soreness at all in his body. Plus, the adrennaline flowing from wanting to defend his mother gave him some extra strength in this matter. Comments? Anyone want to offer something for me to try to explain along these lines?
  14. Slightly off topic here... But along the same lines of changing up finishers while keeping it the same...anyone remember back when Austin first started the Stunner how slow it seemed? It took him a while to get the whole KICK, WHAM, STUNNER combo down pat.
  15. The early Dungeon of Doom segments. "SULLIVAN...MY SON!" Don't know why, but I like them. Oh, and for the people who complain about Shane and Kane trading back and forth between blows, I have a slight explaination for it. Kane is a regular wrestler, going night in and night out to compete. Thusly, his body gets beaten up at various points. Shane, however, didn't have a match since...what...Survivor Series 01? He had plenty of time to have his body rested...and thusly wasn't as beaten on and sore as Kane would be. That's my thinking on the matter, anyway.
  16. Nope. The winner was just a winner. nonthing else. Right. Kinda like the Mania 2 and IV battle royals. Bad News Brown got a giant ass trophy. Thats way cooler then a title shot. Except thanks to Bret Hart, he didn't get the chance to enjoy it. It was an ugly and cheaply made trophy anyway. Who would want that? According to the commentarry...Bob Ueker.
  17. You really WANT a re-make of the Bradshaw Hardcore Title? Technically he'd have to use Stamboli's version since he's a New Yorker now. He could still put horns on it, though. I think you mean Dreamer's version. Stamboli didn't have it long enough for that, IIRC.

  21. When they both retire, JBL and Angle should replace JR and King in the booth. Who knows, they could be the next Monsoon/Ventura!
  22. Just wondering...during the Summer of 95...before Nitro debuted, was there scheduled to be a feud between The British Bulldog & Lex Luger? I remember Luger running in during the Diesel/Mabel match at Summerslam 95...and I think the week after a Bulldog interview in the ring about his turn, Luger was suppossed to give a reply...but then Nitro occured and Luger was in WCW. So...was there a Luger/Bulldog feud planned?
  23. *hums the Monkey Island theme.
  24. Who...Kane or Vis? Also...that's the loudest reaction I've heard from him since his MOM days. And doubters to that statement...go back in time to when the arena was doing "WHOOMP, THERE IT IS!" during Mabel/MOM matches.
  25. Back to Nashville, maybe?
