What's done is done. I'm off now. I'm sure we'll meet again.

Jerk is fucking horrible in the "Watchmen" movie thread
DrVenkman PhD replied to Gary Floyd's topic in No Holds Barred
Who is being called a jerk? -
What crazy antics will go down when Raw goes l-i-v-e LIVE and on the air from Americatown, USA in the Corporate Sponsor Arena as Big Show and Edge sign their contract for the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania World Heavyweight Championship bout? I would have to assume they peacefully sign it while that cad John Cena accepts his inability to fight for the title - but the only way to know for sure is tune in live tonight (or watch later on your DVR once you're done with CBS comedies).

Totally not ripped off from The Pit but another home run by Kinetic. Happy birthday to Counter Terrorist Unit Jim and a life long Franchise Raper.

http://www.sporcle.com/games/wwe_womenchamps.php I couldn't remember who beat , but had I been able to spell correctly it would have given by the perfect (though I blanked on until the last minute).

WWE 24/7 Classics OnDemand General Discussion
DrVenkman PhD replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in WWE Multimedia
No, it's a very small update this week and next week. Then it's Mania X7, SmackDown, and Shorties in 2 weeks (maybe Shorties next week, I forget). -
There's a really jazzy version of it that's awesome, then there's a crappy version that was in the SmackDown game he appeared as a Legend in.
-
I haven't been this excited since, well, I found out Pee-Wee Herman was straight. Darth: I think anytime something from a PPV is shown on 24/7, it's off of a DVD. The Mania DVDs have several odd music edits that were never, ever edited off any future releases so that may be why.

Let's watch the racial slurs, folks.

Now YKRG can stop complaining about Koko being in Legends of WrestleMania. He's a bona fide Hall of Famer!
-
The reason Enigma lives on is because, in truth, I created him when I was forced to expel all my negative posting energy to be considered as the Guardian of the Earth Wrestling Folders and an all around top poster. Destroying him would also destroy me - is it worth the ultimate sacrifice?

WWE General Discussion - March 2009
DrVenkman PhD replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in The WWE Folder
The first video was posted by WWE (and then linked on WWE.com's Industry News). -
That was awesome. I thought the episode was very good, and everything Barney did was comedy gold (the highlight being his stealth high five to Ted).
-
At any rate, I suspect a grand announcement with a video package that makes it appear Koko is a true legend in the business. They're very good at that.
-
His source was himself, and photos!
-
Well, this wasn't even starting a thread. There is a WrestleMania 25 thread that has a lot of rumours, speculation, etc. in it dating back to December 2008. Enigma posts something about Mania in CTDWAT, I move it, and he bitches about it. Like, seriously.

The OAO TSM "Happy Birthday, you!" Thread
DrVenkman PhD replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in No Holds Barred
You're overcompensating now. -
Raceman Sposs is okay with me compared to this out of touch "professional wrestling expert" Yes, that stupid list... I almost axed him today but didn't want to face repercussions. People are just plain retarded now, posting comments that have warranted threads in general chatter then getting mad that I moved it. I think it's time to leave this town.

Botches that actually improved matches
DrVenkman PhD replied to Just call me Dan's topic in General Wrestling
The announce table collapsing and Kurt Angle hitting his face on the floor during the SummerSlam 2000 match really added to the injury storyline the match was going to use anyway. It created a legit "is this for real?" when Kurt had to leave and there was a lot of a drama in concussed Kurt fighting back when he returned. Of course, he was hurt and did have a concussion and the whole thing totally sucked for Kurt, I suspect, but for storytelling purposes, great TV. -
WWE General Discussion - March 2009

I went crazy and moved everything to the HOF thread. I like that it's now at the point where I should be expected to announce to people that I moved a post TO THE APPROPRIATE THREAD THEY SHOULD HAVE USED IN THE FIRST PLACE. Ah, TSM Wrestling Folder folk. Nothing like 'em. Unauthorized Tattoos! Really though, does everyone need a thread if they're a former lesser-known developmental? I made that thread just to annoy zio. I do things like that - the Mania 25 thread was renamed purposely because I know how much people like to bitch and moan about it being called the 25th Anniversary. Sadly, that move did not seem to upset anyone. -
Of course he did, but now I miss his random contributions to food and wrestling related threads. I find myself thinking "what would Marvin say about this?". And then I move on.

Ha.

My pal in Japan is raving about 7th Dragon.

That of course being a reference to Austin/Rock prior to Survivor Series 2001, as there never was a typo in this thread title. Nope, never at all.
