The commercials where the chickens kill everyone are kind of weird. Do they air those ones in the US?

"Where?" is my question too. The "Fine Tuning" column in the paper here (which I assume is syndicated in many Canadian papers under the Can-West banner) always rips on the show and implies it hasn't received one good review.

Apparently the problem I had with Exed Exes is a common glitch. Sheik caused a huge problem at an indy show being held in his honour a while and had to be rushed to the hospital... I forget the exact details but it was pretty embarassing for him and that is probably on a lot of "the boys" minds.

Exed Exes pissed me off on CCC last night. I was getting bored and just wanted to finish the damn game so all it's bonuses would be unlocked... I thought it was over after Stage 17 or so when I destroyed every boss and it said "Congratulations!", but it kept going so I couldn't stop just yet... then the game freezes on me and I get nothing, so I have to do it all over again.. argh.

Nunzio also came to ringside with Vito. This was a great match well worth checking out on the their website. It came down to Spanky, London, and Juvi. Juvi took care of Kendrick who took a pretty sweet bump in the process. Juvi finally threw Paul London over the top rope. Pretty good pop for Juvi, but I was pulling for London. This was a good, fast-paced match well worth checking out. SMACKDOWN TAPING (1) Booker T defeated Orlando Jordan. (2) LOD defeated Paul Birchall & William Regal. (3) Hardcore Holly defeated Sylvain Grenier. (4) Bobby Lashley won another squash. (5) Rowdy Roddy Piper deaeated Bob Orton Jr. & Randy Orton with a roll up. Pretty good match. (6) Chris Benoit & Batista & Rey Mysterio beat JBL & Christian & Eddie Guerrero i the belated Homecoming match. Well rawmvp said it so it might not be true (but apparently is). Glad to see someone else was a fan of Joy Giovanni. I suppose Molly is an acceptable answer but she wasn't really released, she asked to go and was granted the leave. I have hope she will return some day as a face (since she was not cool with the heel thing). Charlie Haas will be missed... I'm sure he'll do great elsewhere and have good matches, but it's just a shame that he was released around the time that the Haas/Holly tag team was picking up steam, having a good little feud with MNM.

I didn't realize Nancy Walls and Carrell were married until I decided to look up her age on IMDB today. That explains why they are in things together often, I guess.

I remember all the Gay Heyman rumours then hearing Heyman responding to a "You Suck Dick" chant at a local house show by saying he does, but "your mother taught me how". I then read about him being off TV because his girlfriend was pregnant, so I guess it was all part of heel shennanigans. When a group of us were watching Judgment Day at a bar, Johnny Devine mentioned some gay promoter that he was really pissed at but I don't know / remember who he was talking about. Just Joe was telling people at a wrestling school that Disco Inferno is gay.

Meltzer says there are a lot of fake spoilers going around... I think they all have the same basic match list but different results. The worst set of spoilers I read came courtesy of PWI (that site being established with worst anything is no shock)... "LOD beat MNM, at least that's what my hot girlfriend told me while I was in the bathroom. Classic WCW style tag match".

Here's hoping Raw vs SmackDown at Survivor Series is something akin to the 10th anniversary of the Wildcard match from Series 95... such a great match.

Monday Night RAW isn't the only WWE show that is moving. Starting next weekend, both HEAT and Velocity will now be available to watch on WWE.com. The VOD-style programs available to residents of the United States will still feature the same great original matches. In addition, however, each show will also have unique content never before seen on the program. So be sure to log onto WWE.com next Friday afternoon to watch the inaugural edition of HEAT on the Internet. Then watch Velocity on Saturday morning, starting at 10 a.m. ET.

I only realized recently that Randy is the guy who can't see the boat in Mallrats so I can officially join the party and say "wow, he lost a lot of weight".

I missed a lot of the episode watching Impact! and then taking my time switching over. The first thing I saw was Weekend Update and as soon as I saw Sanz I told myself that I can't wait for the BBSNLR.

I found that Loonatics thing much funnier with everything bleeped. Anyway it sounds like the braodcast airing of the movie starts on Sunday so I'll check that out... Seth pointed out at quite a few points (ok... maybe like, two) during the commentary that they didn't think some of it would air (Ghandi is all I can think of at the top of my head).

Apparently Chun-Li was born in "Marth". Ok then.

I believe a little over a minute, but not much more, was cut by commercial from the international broadcast of Regal/Benoit. I had assumed that on WWE.com they would cut away (as little sense as that makes for an internet show... but it's how they do most of the Jukebox matches) and was glad to see they didn't and persumably won't in the future.

Well I ended up going with the PS2 one (which I think was my intent all along, anyway) and it was not a hard choice since the store I went to had no copies for the Xbox. I might as well assume I'll never unlock some of those SF extras as I can't see myself beating the game without ever losing a round. I like the set up... it's basically MAT2's but nicer with more gimmicks going on (art and such). Good fun. Also, what is Final Fight Streetwise? I looked into it briefly after seeing it listed as an upcoming game in the Final Fight history on CCC and I guess it's just a "serious looking" brawler with the Final Fight name?
